WHY WE WERE FOUNDED AS A CONSTITUTIOANL REPUBLIC

Time after time we hear people say that we must protect our democracy. The United States was not formed as a democracy and was never intended to be a democracy. The American left would like us to be a democracy. Lenin told us democracy always brings socialism and socialism is the gateway to communism. The American left, the Democrats, want to transform the United States to a Marxist totalitarian state or a communist state.
So, what is a Constitutional Republic. A constitutional republic is a type of government in which the officials are elected by the people. The republic must govern according to the laws of the constitution, and its actions are subject to judicial review. This is a representative republic that adheres to the rule of law. The Democrats want a democracy that adheres to arbitrary law.
One difference between a constitutional republic and a democracy is that in a representative democracy, all laws and legislation are voted upon with majority ruling with no supreme law such as a constitution. In a constitutional republic, the elected representatives also decide on legislation as representatives of the people, however, the legislation passed by the elected officials cannot violate the laws of the constitution.
In addition to having elected officials, the other primary defining factor of a constitutional republic is a well-defined constitution that limits the power of the government and elected representatives and also sets out basic structures, laws, and procedures under which the country is to be governed. The constitution must also explicitly specify the rights of the people and is intended to be followed precisely as the people who framed it intended.
In the United States today, the bureaucracy or executive branch has been making law under the guise of executive orders and regulations. This has turned our nation into a dictatorship and violates the United States Constitution in both its written form and in its intent as stated by the founders.
The United States is a divided nation. The American left comprised of Democrats and its supporters including BLM, ANTIFA, Democrat Socialists, and RINO’s demand our Constitutional Republic be transformed into a dictatorial one-party state, or a Marxist totalitarian state. Freedom Loving Americans want the United States to adhere to our Constitutional Republic where rule of law, limited government, protection and preservation of individual liberties and rights are preserved, and only our elected representatives can make law per our Constitution.
It is imperative Freedom Loving Americans understand why we were formed as a Constitutional Republic. It is imperative Freedom Loving Americans understand that our founders realized that if we were to abandon our Constitutional Republic it would result in democracy, which would in turn lead to a tyrannical dictatorship.
