This is evil. But it is called good. These school officials are destroying these kids. To excuse and reward failure because of bad and irresponsible behavior is racism. When kids are graded more favorably because their skin color is a different color, you are telling those kids that they are inferior and are not capable of competing with other kids. You are dooming those kids to a life of failure and many times to a live spent in and out of prison. It is these school officials who are the worst of all people.
Oak Park and River Forest High School (OPRF) administrators will require teachers next school year to adjust their classroom grading scales to account for the skin color or ethnicity of its students. School board members discussed the plan called “Transformative Education Professional Development & Grading” at a meeting on May 26, presented by Assistant Superintendent for Student Learning Laurie Fiorenza. [The plan] calls for what OPRF leaders describe as “competency-based grading, eliminating zeros from the grade book…encouraging and rewarding growth over time.” Teachers are being instructed how to measure student “growth” while keeping the school leaders’ political ideology in mind. Students, depending on their race, will not be held accountable for missing class, misbehaving in school, or for failing to turn in assignments. The proper alternative would be to ignore race completely. It would be to hold all students to the same standards and apply the same grading system to students. The classroom would be a place for learning with discipline applied equally and rewards granted based on performance. Color of skin would never be a factor in discipline or rewards. It would be only the content of the character and not the color of the skin that would determine consequences of behavior and effort, good or bad. We must remove any and all social justice programs from our schools, from our society and become a society that ignores color of skin and focuses on content of character. The above program must be reversed if those kids are to have any hope of success, both social and financial.

A definition of virtue would be things that are true (the truth), noble, just (fair), pure (holy living). Being virtuous is really an overall approach to life that brings a level of excellence to all we do and say. A person of virtue makes the progression from knowing what is right to doing what is right. He or she intentionally chooses what to say, do, and value, reaching beyond the good toward the best.
In contrast, evil is usually thought of as that which is morally wrong, sinful, or wicked; however, the word evil can also refer to anything that causes harm, with or without the moral dimension. In Proverbs Chapter 6 we read that evil includes, haughty eyes, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked plans, feet that make haste to run to evil, a false witness who breathes out lies, and one who sows discord among brothers. It is safe to say from the above that virtue and evil are opposites. Our founders understood these differences and told us that only a virtuous people can be free. It is only in a historical context that the modern American can appreciate the profound degree of anxiety which the Founders expressed concerning the quality of virtue and morality in their descendants. They knew that without these qualities, the Constitution they had written and the republican system of government which it provided could not be maintained. As James Madison said: “Is there no virtue among us? If there be not, we are in a wretched situation. No theoretical checks, no form of government, can render us secure. To suppose that any form of government will secure liberty or happiness without any virtue in the people, is a chimerical idea. If there be sufficient virtue and intelligence in the community, it will be exercised in the selection of these men; so that we do not depend upon their virtue, or put confidence in our rulers, but in the people who are to choose them.” Thomas Jefferson counseled, "Virtue is not hereditary." Virtue has to be earned and it has to be learned. Neither is virtue a permanent quality in human nature. It has to be cultivated continually and exercised from hour to hour and from day to day. The Founders looked to the home, the school, and the churches to fuel the fires of virtue from generation to generation. In today’s America, virtue and intelligence are no longer prevalent in the community. The people have thus chosen people like themselves to rule over government. Just as virtue and intelligence are void in our communities, so are they void in our elected officials, our bureaucrats, technocrats, and in our judicial system. This is a result of us no longer having virtue cultivated continually and exercised at all. The home is broken and no longer functions as a purveyor of virtue and wisdom. The school is now a purveyor of evil and many churches have lost any thirst for virtue and now conform to the evil of society so as not to be ridiculed but to be accepted in and conform to the evil of secular society. This substitution of virtue for evil can only be overcome individual by individual. We must each search our own values and ask if it is truly virtuous to support policies that devalue human life calling human life a choice, that protect and promote perversions of all sorts, that protect and promote sexual immorality, that place the rights of criminals above those of law-abiding people, that excuse lying, fraud, stealing, and manipulation for personal gain and power in government officials, and that denounce virtue and promote evil. Freedom is born and maintained in the heart and soul of each citizen. If you denounce virtue for any reason, political correctness, acceptance, ignorance, you are the problem and must reform if you advocate for freedom. If you support virtue but do not advocate for virtue and denounce evil, you must change your ways and become bold in your proclamations of virtue and denunciations of evil. Freedom is only for a bold and virtuous people. Are you one? Injustice is defined as something unfair that happens, often in violation of a basic human right. If it is a basic human right to “pursue our own happiness” and I promote a policy that would hinder an individual from that basic human right, that person would have been a victim of injustice because of my policy.
“You shall do no injustice in court. You shall not be partial to the poor or defer to the great, but in righteousness shall you judge your neighbor.” Leviticus 19:15 The Bible is teaching us that it is an injustice against the great if I am partial to another because they are poor. It is also an injustice if I favor the great because they are considered to be great. If I am to be fair, I must be blindfolded and not consider poor or great, but only judge based on the facts of the case. This is a common definition of social injustice used today, “Anytime a person is denied their constitutional rights based upon the color of their skin, racial injustice has occurred.” This definition of social injustice violates the teaching of the Bible. It is an incorrect use of injustice because it qualifies the injustice based on a specific characteristic. It would be proper if it said that an injustice has occurred any time any individual is denied their constitutional rights. For instance, all are guaranteed due process. Due process is a fundamental, constitutional guarantee that all legal proceedings will be fair and that one will be given notice of the proceedings and an opportunity to be heard before the government acts to take away one's life, liberty, or property. It is also, a constitutional guarantee that a law shall not be unreasonable, arbitrary, or capricious. This would tell us that today there is an injustice against those arrested on January 6th. Many are being denied their liberty. They are in jail; many not charged with any crime and being denied bail unreasonably. These people are being denied their constitutional rights because of their assumed political beliefs. This is unreasonable, arbitrary, and capricious. Others who have committed crimes of looting, arson, assault, and even murder are not charged, are released with no bail, and treated differently because of the color of their skin as well as their perceived political affiliation. This is being done in the name of “social justice.” It is destructive in that it has signaled to others of the same skin color and political affiliation that they will be judged, not on the facts, but based on the color of their skin and their political affiliation. This action is destructive to all of society. It is to the person who committed the acts because they now know there are no consequences for their actions, and they will and have gone on to commit more crimes. The action is destructive to those who were victims of the crimes committed originally and to those who will be victims of the crimes that will be committed. An injustice has been committed anytime one person is favored over another because of their skin color, their political affiliation, their social position, their economic position, their gender, or any factor other than facts and merit. This is true when these factors are considered for hire, for advancement, for awards, for pay increases, for admittance to schools, for anything. An intentional injustice never corrects, it perpetuates. This is specifically what the Bible teaches us. Justice is the basis for the ideology of individualism, that ideology upon which we were founded. Injustice is the basis for collectivism (Marxism, communism, socialism, progressive, Democrats, all the same). Justice promotes freedom and prosperity. Injustice, that which is being promoted under the guise of “social justice,” has always brought despotic and tyrannical rule. The proponents of “social justice” are doing so to enslave a larger and larger segment of the population to promote their own power and wealth. Any proponent of injustice does so for evil, selfish, and destructive purposes. It is the purpose of the American left to divide the American society. Division of a society has been mandatory in every Marxist takeover. This is the goal of the Obama’s, Holder, the Squad, the Democrat party, and yes, RINO’s. The United States faces many problems today. We are a nation where stolen elections are the norm. We are a nation where economic stability is vanishing. Our growth is shrinking, and inflation is soaring. The rights of the criminal are placed above those of the victim and all law-abiding citizens. Our natural energy resources are boundless and yet we are dependent on foreign energy. Our bureaucracy is uncontrollable while it more and more controls the lives of each individual. Corruption controls our elected officials as they place self and party above the good of the country. Our military is more concerned with promoting perversions than they are with protecting the people. Our borders are non-existent. The president and vice-president are extremely incompetent while their advisors hate America and wish to destroy it. Our education system has been transformed into an indoctrination system as it seeks to promote the evil and destructive ideology of collectivism are some of the problems.
As you can see and attest to, our problems in this country are immense. The single biggest problem the United States faces is that the core family unit is in decay and close to be totally destroyed. A free and good nation must have a strong family unit. A strong family unit must always have a loving and caring father and mother. Loving and caring grandparents, uncles, aunts, and cousins add greatly to the strong family unit. Children raised in strong families grow to be more stable, more discerning, more confident, and more independent than do children raised in single parent or no parent homes. An independent person who is discerning and confident is the worst nightmare for those who seek to enslave a population under the evils of collectivism. Collectivism requires a compliant population, a population that believes that government is their friend and has the best interest of the people as their main concern. This would be a population that would obey orders to stay home for their protection, to receive unproven and untested vaccines even after those same vaccines are proven to be more harmful than what they are meant to prevent, to foolishly and obediently wear foolish face coverings that have no scientific benefit, to believe that murdering a baby is a choice, to believe that the rights of the criminal are superior to those of law abiding citizens, to believe that democracy promotes freedom and a republic must be transformed into democracy for the purpose of promoting freedom, that perversions are normal and must be protected and promoted, that there are many sexes and genders and when an individual chooses it make them what they claim to be, that goodness and righteousness can be legislated while at the same time promoting evil, and that government is a positive force and not a necessary evil. America was born based on having a strong family that produced independent, discerning, and confident individuals. This is the core basis of individualism. Individualism has always believed that strong individuals are superior to big government. Strong individuals refuse government assistance but are the first to help a neighbor in need. A strong individual believes in charity, but understands the inevitable destruction brought on by government welfare. James Madison told us our nation must not become a welfare state, that will destroy us. Charity helps a person “get back on their feet” so that recipient is able to help his neighbor in need. The purpose of welfare is to create a permanent class dependent on government so government can dictate how they will behave. If all Freedom Loving Americans will seek to place as their number one goal to restore our families, we will began taking the necessary steps to restoring our nation to a strong nation that will again fight the evils of collectivism so prevalent in this world, and restore individualism. It is my belief that this can only be done if we will first seek guidance from God, and then proceed based on God’s direction. Never doubt that God wants what is best for his people. and what is best for each of us comes from God and not from government. A free people will not trust government. A free people will require complete transparency. A free people will be self-sufficient. A free people understands that men are not angels. A free people knows that government that governs least governs best. A free people will always insist that the powers of government are limited, and the liberties of the people are unlimited.

Those who seek to enslave people understand that when the people trust government and are dependent on government, it now has total power over the people. “If the people cannot trust their government to do the job for which it exists – to protect them and promote their common welfare – all else is lost.” Barack Obama This is a critical question. It was asked by Samuel Adams as the colonists were determining if they would become a free people controlling their own lives, making their own choices, and having their own thoughts or would they continue to have government dictate how they live their lives, choices they must make, and thoughts they could have. The colonists made the choice they would free themselves from the tyranny of government and become a free people. This debate, however, will people be free or will they be slaves, continued soon after October 18th and 19th of 1781.
Those who supported freedom, prevailed for the most part during the Constitutional Convention. Freedom was able to demand that the Constitution place specific limits on the power of government. This was done in Article 1. Section 8 of the Constitution and the 10th Amendment to the Constitution. Article 1. Section 8 of the Constitution grants ONLY these powers to the federal government: The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defense and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States. To borrow Money on the credit of the United States. To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several states, and with the Indian Tribes. To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization, and uniform Laws on the subject of Bankruptcies throughout the United States. To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures. To provide for the Punishment of counterfeiting the Securities and current Coin of the United States. To establish Post Offices and post Roads. To promote the Progress of Science and useful Arts, by securing for limited Times to Authors and Inventors the exclusive Right to their respective Writings and Discoveries. To constitute Tribunals inferior to the supreme Court. To define and punish Piracies and Felonies committed on the high Seas, and Offences against the Law of Nations. The 10th Amendment states, “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.” The above powers are the only powers the federal government has. The question of will we be free or will we be slaves is raging through our country today. Congress is debating a domestic terror bill. The bill seeks to create domestic terrorism offices at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Department of Justice (DOJ) and FBI that would be responsible for monitoring and examining possible domestic terror activity. It is first of all difficult to find the power that allowed the Department of Homeland Security to be established. Perhaps you could make a far-fetched argument it is made possible under the common defense and general welfare clause, however, that clause indicates that congress can collect taxes for that purpose. This clause does not read that congress shall institute agencies and laws to protect against domestic terrorists. No other clause remotely refers to Homeland Security and Domestic Terrorists. The Declaration of Independence on the other hand asserts that the people have a duty to overthrow any government that does not protect the liberties endowed to us by our Creator. “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.” The domestic terror bill and the Department of Homeland Security are spying on citizens that disagree with government policies that take our liberties from us. We are being called Domestic Terrorists when we insist on protecting all life, all liberties, and our right to pursue our happiness which also means protecting our property. Our three branches of government violate our Constitution and the Declaration of Independence by refusing to adhere to it in both body and spirit. Both were intended to limit the power of government and protect the liberties of the people. The Department of Homeland Security and the proposed domestic terror bill do exactly the opposite; that is, they enhance the power of government and abridge, limit, and eliminate liberties. It is time the people of this nation explicitly declare it they will be free or slaves. If we declare free, it means the government of the United States must be reduced in power and scope, in expenditures, in numbers of personnel, and must become completely transparent. Many of the departments and agencies must be eliminated. Executive orders and regulations can only be suggestions unless congress makes them law. Judicial branch opinions can only be opinions unless congress makes them law. My question is, do the American people have the courage and will to become a free people once again or do the American people believe we should be slaves to the dictates of those in government. What do you believe? Do you have the same resolve as did Patrick Henry to be free and say and mean, “Is life so dear, or peace so sweet, as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery? Forbid it, Almighty God! I know not what course others may take; but as for me, give me liberty or give me death!” If we are to become a Constitutional Republic and a free nation again, it will demand the resolve of a Patrick Henry from each of us. The United States of America is now a democracy. Yes, the transformation promised by the collectivist (Marxist, communist, socialist, progressive, Democrat, - all the same) movement is complete. Most of America refers to us as a democracy and the government treats our government as a democracy.
We were founded as a Republic, as a Constitutional Republic. A republic means that the Supreme Ruler of the land is the law. In a Constitutional Republic the law is written in the Constitution and that makes the Constitution the Supreme Ruler of the land. This is unlike a democracy where the Supreme Ruler of the land is the majority or those in power. In all democracies the majority is redefined to become a smaller and smaller group until the government has become a dictatorship of a few or one. Our Constitution specifically limits the power of the government. This is done in Article 1. Section 8 of the Constitution and reinforced by the 10th Amendment. Every responsible American should read Article 1. Section 8. Of the Constitution and any related information they can find including the Federalist Papers, Madison’s notes on the Constitution, and related comments and quotes. The founder’s understood that limiting government was critical to preserving individual liberty and freedom. The founders also understood the nature of man and that men are not angels and deceive and control. A democracy has no limitations on the powers granted to government. The only limitations or restrictions that could exist would be those limitations and restriction placed on those in power by those in power. These restrictions and limitations could be retracted at any time. In a Republic the power of government is limited and restricted. In a Democracy there are no mandatory limitations or restrictions placed on government. The same is true for liberties of the people. Our Constitutional Republic was founded on the basis that all liberties come from God and cannot be abridged or eliminated by government. In a democracy, the liberties the people have are those granted to them by the majority or those in power. Biden said, “no amendment to the constitution is absolute.” He was referring to the Bill of Rights. Biden agrees with Lenin who said, “Liberty is so precious it must be rationed.” Both Biden and Lenin were stating the principles of democracy. Democracy, with no limitations placed on government, also has the power to abridge or eliminate any liberty it deems would be in the best interest of those in power to abridge or eliminate. In a Republic the power of government is limited and restricted while the liberties of the people can not be abridged or eliminated. In a Democracy, the power of government is unlimited and unrestricted while the liberties given to the people are rationed based on what government determines is best for government. This is the difference between a nation where freedom reigns supreme versus a nation which is controlled by some form of dictatorship. Samuel Adams told the colonists before the revolutionary war, “It is high time that the people of this country determine if they will be free or if they will be slaves.” That time has arrived again; will the people of the United States choose to be free or be slaves. When you vote be absolutely sure you are voting for those who believe in republic and not democracy. If the person is a Democrat or a RINO, they favor democracy. Be discerning. The RINO problem has long plagued Freedom Loving Americans. So many individuals who would want people to believe that they support American values, that is that rights and liberties come from God and not government and that we are a republic and not a democracy, but in truth, they are big government tax and spread socialists. The Republican establishment has promoted the RINO for years claiming that it is a winning combination and totally disregarding what is in the best interest of our nation. It is true, the Republican establishment has become as enamored with placing party above country as has the Democrat party.
We have witnessed this in statewide and national politics. RINO’s have led the Republican party for years. Every presidential nominee from Daddy Bush up to Donald Trump was a true and blue RINO. The Senate has had RINO McConnell in leadership for years. The House has had RINO’s in leadership for years including Boehner, Ryan, and McCarthy. States have done the same thing including Idaho. We have learned in Idaho that it was common for die hard Democrats to run as Freedom Loving Americans and then govern as the socialists they are. Because so many people listen to what people say and pay no attention to what they have done, many of them were elected, until 2022. Early Wednesday morning, the Idaho Freedom Foundation, a powerful force in conservative politics in the Gem State, tweeted, “Conservatives are having a solid night, especially in the Idaho Senate.” “People are frustrated with what happened over the last two years, and they’re frustrated with the fact that our attorney general gave bad advice to the governor and told him that he could keep extending these emergency orders,” said former Rep. Raul Labrador (R), who defeated current and now defeated Attorney General Wasden by a wide margin. “They took it out on the legislators who were maybe sitting on the sidelines.” Labrador, a founding member of the House Freedom Caucus who once challenged Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) for the position of House majority whip, was among the Idaho Republicans who questioned the validity of the 2020 elections. He said he would have joined a lawsuit brought by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton (R) that sought to overturn election results in six battleground states. Wasden was among the few Republican attorneys general who did not join Paxton’s suit. “I think it was a huge factor” in Wasden’s loss, Labrador said of the Texas suit in an interview Wednesday. “He didn’t join it because he had given legal advice to our governor that he could change election rules throughout the pandemic.” The same scenario played out in many Idaho house and senate seats. The Republican party will of course retain a huge majority, but importantly, that majority will have far more true Freedom Loving Americans and less RINO’s. The media paints the picture this way: “But the realignment is likely to put a once traditionally conservative state on the new vanguard of the far right.” That is because the media, along with RINO’s, holds that anyone who believes that “government that governs least governs best” is far right. Thank you voters of Idaho for leading the way nationwide to start to scrutinize those who claim to be Freedom Loving Americans but are really big government socialists. The baby formula being discussed today was introduced in the 1970’s. What were babies fed before that? I was born well before that, yes in the days before baby formula was available, and I am here. I wonder what my mother did, but she apparently found a way to feed me. I imagine that applies to many of you and certainly to billions of others before us.
I believe that there are men and women. I do not believe that there are they, them, or whatever. I do not care if you prefer to have sex with a man or woman or both. If, when I observe you, you appear to me to be a man, I will refer to you as he or him. If, when I observe you, you appear to me to be a woman, I will refer to you as she or her. You can play your silly name games, but I am not going to participate. Why should I have to participate? What type of person becomes enthralled with the perverted and distorted lives of people like Depp and Heard? Are you living your life vicariously through theirs? Would you really want to live the kind of life they appear to live? Which leads me to the real question, why are so many people fascinated with the lives of so many perverted and distorted celebrities? There are so many people in our nation who have proven in business how competent they are in producing results in a timely and efficient manner. They have proven to be problem solvers. Yet, we appoint to government positions people who have never worked in any business, have never had a proven success, have never done anything timely and efficiently, and yet they are in high government positions. Biden, Harris, the current cabinet, the press secretary, Schumer, Pelosi, McConnell, most of the House and Senate, and almost all the bureaucrats are examples. Perhaps these people chose government because accountability is not a criterion for advancement and continued employment. Sadly, this is not the fault of those in government, but it is the fault of the American public. We just complain and yet continue to refuse to take the necessary actions to correct what is destroying our nation. We the people are a pathetic sovereign. The United States was a unique nation. The United States was founded on the principles that all our liberties come from God and not government, and that we would be a republic and not a democracy. Our nation has forsaken both of these founding principles. Our founders told us that government that governs best governs least. The Democrats and the RINO’s both tell us that government is the answer to all situations, big and small, or that government that governs most governs best.

Liberty is endowed to each individual by God, not government. Government receives any power it has from the people or government must be a servant to the sovereign, and the sovereign would be the people. Today, we are being told by those in government that government must have control over our liberties. It was Vladimir Lenin who stated that liberty is so precious it must be rationed. This is how our government views our liberties such as life, such as our choice how and where we worship God, such as speech, such as our right to petition government, such as our right to bear arms, and such as our right to due process and equal treatment under the law. If we are to be a free people, that is we as individuals determine how we will live our lives, what choices we will make, and thoughts we would have, we must remove government from these areas of our lives. Today, the government is involved in every aspect of our lives including our health care, how we raise our families, our Biblical beliefs, what we can and cannot say, what we can and cannot read, thoughts we can and cannot have, with whom we can and cannot associate. Government has unlimited powers over our lives. That is a tyrannical government. “The general government is not to be charged with the whole power of making and administering laws: its jurisdiction is limited to certain enumerated objects, which concern all the members of the republic, but which are not to be attained by the separate provisions of any.” – James Madison We were founded as a Republic and not a Democracy. The primary difference is that the supreme ruler in a republic is the law and the supreme ruler in a democracy is the will of the majority, which becomes those in power. We have all heard the common talking point from the left that conservatives are destroying democracy. The response to this claim is the same time and time again: “We’re not a democracy, we’re a constitutional republic!” This leads us to ask an important question: Are there any differences between the two, and if so, why do they matter? Alexander Hamilton stated, “Real liberty is neither found in despotism or the extremes of democracy, but in moderate governments.” Hamilton recognized the harms of a real democracy. Democracy excludes the minority’s rights. Jefferson said, “The republican is the only form of government which is not eternally at open or secret war with the rights of mankind.” Jefferson recognized the secret war that occurs under a democracy, a war for power and control. The secret war is fought in many political systems. There is a reason Plato said, “Dictatorship naturally arises out of democracy.” John Adams saw the harm of democracy when he said, “Remember, democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself. There is never a democracy that did not commit suicide.” Adams knew that democracy is hard and often fraught with human error. Because of this, democracy often leads to a government takeover of the people, organized by the people. We will not, cannot, return to a nation of the people, by the people, and for the people until we return to limited government. Government must not abridge or abolish any of our rights. We must return to the principles of republic and abandoned democracy. The first criteria to do so is for all Americans to understand why these principles of liberties coming from God and not government, and being a republic and not a democracy are so critical to individual freedom and liberty. |
