The United States, when founded, was a truly unique nation. It was the first nation, the only nation, founded on the principle that rights and liberties come from God and not from man nor government. Natural law, mostly as expressed by John Locke, is stated in the Declaration of Independence.
From the Declaration of Independence: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.” Endowed means to be given. Creator is God. When governments revert from this doctrine it is the Right of the people to abolish that government and create another government that will honor that rights and liberties that come from God and not government. Politico's Heidi Przybyla echoed the beliefs of the left when she said, 'Christian nationalists' believe rights 'come from God.' She said, "The thing that unites them as Christian nationalists - not Christians, by the way, because Christian nationalist is very different - is that they believe that our rights as Americans, as all human beings, don't come from any earthly authority. They don't come from Congress, they don't come from the Supreme Court. They come from God. The problem with that is that they are determining- man, men, it is men are determining what God is telling them.” She calls them Christian Nationalists. We call them Americans. We call them individual freedom and liberty lovers. Any and every Marxist, communist believes the opposite. They believe as Lenin said, “Liberty is so precious it must be rationed.” She believes people are subject to the government. Americans believe government is subject to the people. This is at the core of what has set America apart, it is the core difference between freedom from government and slavery to government. She was not taught or did not listen when accurate American history was taught.

A little earlier Individual liberty and freedom won when McCarthy was removed. This was a blow to the RINOS who are really uni-party proponents.
This was followed by McDaniel resigning as the head of the Republican party and now the great news that McConnell is leaving his leadership role. Of course, Romney mourned all three of these happenings. Individualism has taken a major step forward, that means that individual liberty and freedom are closer to being restored. We will see and even more intense effort by the collectivists (Marxists, communists, socialists, progressives, Democrats) to transform the United States, as promised by Marx and Obama. They will become even more despotic. We will have more political prisoners. It is critical that freedom and loving Americans continue to fight the transformation. Compromise is surrender. We keep hearing about a cease fire and a two-state resolution in the Middle East. Both solutions would be nothing more than Israel surrendering to Hamas and those who have said time after time that Israel must be obliterated, and every Jew must be killed.
Those who support a cease fire or a two-state solution are telling Israel to surrender and to accept their people being brutalized and killed. They are echoing the call of Hamas and all others who have said that Israel must be obliterated and every Jew must be killed. When an electorate becomes uninterested, uninformed, and uninvolved in their government, what happens?
What happens is that selfish, conceited, and irresponsible people are elected to run the government. The government flounders, short term decisions are made, the people suffer, but the selfish, the conceited, and the irresponsible become wealthy and grave power for their own egos. This is how societies, how nations, collapse. The above is an accurate description of the United States. Our Congress, our executive, and our bureaucracy are a true representation of the American People. They are uninterested, uninformed, and uninvolved. The law requires the executive to submit a budget and national security plan to congress by February 5th of each year. It has not been done. Congress is supposed to pass a budget for each year. It has not been done for many years. The standard course has become continuing resolutions. Again, we are facing a so-called government shutdown because of the failure of our elected representatives to do their jobs. This is the headline, “Law-makers race to avoid looming shutdown as blame game begins.” This is now our standard mode of operation. The American people cannot blame the congress or the executive for this headline. We the American people must blame ourselves. We became uninterested, uninformed, and uninvolved. We elected representatives who made irresponsible promises and selfish people elected them. To correct our situation will require a painful change. Argentina made that choice. They are turning the corner to having a responsible government, but there is a cost. The people of Argentina have chosen to correct the problems they caused. Do we Americans have the same sense and fortitude the Argentina people have. I hope so. The Communist Manifesto, written by Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels, has given the left marching orders on transforming societies to communism. The American left, led by the Democrat party, follows these orders as any good soldier would. This is all necessary to transform the United States to a communist dictatorship.
In the Communist Manifesto we read, “the first stop of the communist is to raise itself to the position of the ruling class, to win the battle of democracy. The communist would then use its political power to wrest degree by degree all capital and to centralize all elements of production in the hands of the state. The communist will, as the supreme political source, abolish all eternal truths, all religion, and all morality, and constitute them on a new basis.” All this order is now being implemented by the Democrat party with help from the RINOS. The area that has lagged has been the abolishment of all morality. The abolishment of morality is happening, and it is being constituted on a new basis. The child has been declared to be fair game for perverted adults. Pedophilia has long been despised by society. Pedophilia is defined as sexual perversion in which children are the preferred sexual object. Any person who employs, uses, persuades, induces, entices, or coerces any minor to engage in, or who has a minor assist any other person to engage in, or who transports any minor in or affecting interstate or foreign commerce, or in any Territory or Possession of the United States, with the intent that such minor engage in, any sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing any visual depiction of such conduct or for the purpose of transmitting a live visual depiction of such conduct, is how it is described in 18 U.S. Code § 2251 - Sexual exploitation of children. Remember, Marx said to abolish morality, or in this case abolish the immoral act of pedophilia and constitute it on a new basis. This is how the left is constituting this evil perversion of the most innocent by redefining the pedophile as a “minor attracted person.” They go on to tell us, “Pedophilia is a mental illness, that people with this disorder are not inherently bad people. They deserve to be treated with compassion and understanding just like everyone else.” Again, the left is telling us to have compassion for the perpetrator, the criminal, as opposed to having compassion for the victim. This explains why Democrat governed cities are becoming crime ridden and unsafe for all except the criminal element, which includes pedophiles. The left is attacking the Constitution at every level. The Constitution was adopted because it protects the rights of the individual and places specific limits on the power of government. The United States was founded as an individualist nation, that is the individual is recognized as unique. Each individual was bestowed with certain liberties by the Creator. The role of government is to protect those liberties. The power of government is limited. The left is telling us now that the power of government must be unlimited, and the rights and liberties of the individual must be rationed by the government to protect the power of government. The ideals of the left are antithetical to our founding principles as stated in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution.
“Christian nationalists in America believe that the country was founded as a Christian nation and that Christian values should be prioritized throughout government and public life,” is the claim. We were founded on Christian values. Those Christian values strongly influenced the First Amendment, “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;” The left has attacked freedom of speech and is censoring speech and attempting to control thought through the processes of indoctrination and intimidation. They are now doing the same for the freedom of religion. The left is in the throes of establishing a national religion. That national religion is Secularism. Any who do not bow their knee to Secularism is subject to arrest and indictment. In addition, the left is prohibiting the free exercise of the Christian religion. They are now telling us that if we Christians live by faith in Christ, we are a danger to our country. This is another step in outlawing the practice of worshiping God. The processes of indoctrination and intimidation are now in full operation against freedom of religion. Putin and Biden eliminate political opponents any way they can. Both Putin and Biden have filled their jails and prisons with political opponents. Both Putin and Biden demonize and dispose of any who would oppose their policies. We know Putin eliminates his opponents by liquidating them. Biden and his party also use liquidation when they fear one who will release damaging information such as Seth Rich. Yes, the similarities are astounding.
Now we read where Putin has learned from Biden and arrests a young lady for what reasonable people would refer to as a minor and innocent action, but paranoid tyrants view it as refuting their dictates which are never minor to them. This action that took place in Russia is the same as Biden arresting and jailing people for simply being near the capitol on January 6th. “The Russian government has arrested a dual U.S. citizen on treason charges for donating a small amount of money to a Ukrainian charity. The Federal Security Service (FSB) said in a statement that it arrested 33-year-old Ksenia Karelina for donating $51.80 to Razom, a New York-based charity that sends assistance to Ukraine. “Since February 2022, she has been proactively collecting funds in the interests of one of the Ukrainian organizations, which were subsequently used to purchase tactical medicine items, equipment, weapons and ammunition by the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” the FSB said. She was arrested in Yekaterinburg, a city in central Russia, after returning home to visit her family. If convicted, she faces up to 20 years in prison.” There is no longer any argument that can be made that would refute the similarities between the Putin and Biden regimes. Both tyrants emulate both Xi of China and Kim of North Korea. Biden and the Dems must be removed this November. An independent judiciary is critical to a free society. It creates a sense of trust for the citizens knowing that they will receive justice fairly. Thus, judges must be independent of the government. Judges must be free to make their decisions without facing pressure or interference from other sources. Judges must apply the law and not rule based on political opinion, theirs or others.
Although our judicial branch was not intended to be an equal branch of government, it was noted by Jefferson that it would be the weakest branch of government because it was the farthest removed from the people, it was created as an independent branch of government, with checks and balances. Judges must be nominated by the executive branch and ratified by the legislative branch. Judges can also be impeached by the house and tried by the senate. The way our judicial system was established, the burden of proof always lies with the prosecution or the government. The defense, or the citizen, does not have to present a case. In a tyrannical system, the defendant or citizen has the burden to prove their innocence and the prosecution or government does not have to present a case. This system works, it did work, when judges rule based on the law and not on political opinion, theirs or others. The pendulum has swung in the United States, so our system now resembles a judicial system alike that of a tyrannical government and not a free society. In the United States today, rulings can be predicted based on the presiding judge; that is if a judge was appointed by a collectivist executive or an individualist executive. We even have judges rendering opinions prior to any evidence being heard as in the case of Magistrate Engoron. Our judicial system in the United States is no longer a system to seek the truth and apply the law, but it is now used in the same manner as judicial systems are used in tyrannical governments; that is to punish political opponents and to intimidate the public. Many trials in the United States are Stalin like show trials. Verdicts are politically based, and sentences are politically motivated to the point where violent criminals receive lesser sentences than do political opponents convicted of crimes like trespassing. No nation can claim to be a free society based on individual liberty and individual rights and have a politically based judicial system. We must return to a fair and independent judiciary where judges rule on the law and not political opinion. There is a discussion about what happens if a candidate for president dies, drops out, or is replaced before election day. Many people would like us to believe that this is a matter of constitutional law or even a law passed by congress.
Political parties are not governed by the Constitution nor laws. Political parties are private non-governmental entities. A presidential candidate does not have to be a member of a political party. The political party establishes its own rules. It is not a law that a political party uses a specific method to nominate its candidates. If Biden drops out as a candidate before the nominating convention, the Democrat party will have to determine how they choose their candidate. If Biden is force out after the Democrat convention, the Democrat party will have to determine how they replace him. The winner of the general election is not officially elected until the electoral college declares who is the president-elect. Despite what the Democrats are telling us today, electors can be challenged and have been many times. The Constitution does explain how an individual, not the nominee of a political party, is elected to the office of the president. The election of 1796 marked the emergence of the political party system in the United States. In the previous elections of 1789 and 1792, George Washington won unanimous support with no party affiliation. When asking what happens if a candidate for president dies, drips out, or is replaced before election day, you must ask the political party. The solution could be the same for both political parties, and it could be different. Political parties are not mentioned, perhaps not even contemplated, by the Constitution. Rob Reiner, like so many on the left, try to use the teachings of Jesus without understanding who Jesus is and what his purpose and teachings were. Jesus loved and Jesus healed. He was showing the unexplainable love God has for mankind. Jesus had to come to earth to die for the sins of mankind so that those who accepted the grace of God could be “born again” into the kingdom of heaven. Jesus also understood what his teachings would do and how they would divide because he understood how his truth would divide.
“This movement that they have here seems completely antithetical to the teachings of Jesus,” Reiner said. “Jesus was about peace and love and helping thy neighbor and those less fortunate than ourselves. And I thought that was something that we should all aspire to. So to me this movement is going totally opposite the teachings of Jesus.” These are the words of Jesus from Mathew 10 using the New King James Version. This shows the love of God. Verse 32“Therefore whoever confesses Me before men, him I will also confess before My Father who is in heaven. 33But whoever denies Me before men, him I will also deny before My Father who is in heaven.” Jesus continued in Verse 34 “Do not think that I came to bring peace on earth. I did not come to bring peace but a sword. 35For I have come to ‘set[j] a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law’; 36and ‘a man’s enemies will be those of his own household.’ 37He who loves father or mother more than Me is not worthy of Me. And he who loves son or daughter more than Me is not worthy of Me. 38And he who does not take his cross and follow after Me is not worthy of Me. 39He who finds his life will lose it, and he who loses his life for My sake will find it.” Reiner does not understand why Jesus came to earth. Christ’s purpose was to go to the cross and be the sacrifice for my sin, your sin, and Reiner’s sin. If Reiner is going to use the teachings of Christ, let him talk about the sins of man and the shedding of Christ’s blood on the cross. That is the reason Jesus came. That was his purpose. Reiner is concerned about the temporary time a person will spend on earth. We are told that all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. We all deserve eternity separated from God or eternity in Hell. The purpose of Jesus was to provide a way for each of us to spend eternity in the presence of God or in Heaven. If Reiner was truly concerned about his fellow man, he would be talking about the Grace of God and not peace and love. |
