The President stated it is his goal to appoint judges who will perform their duties and not legislate and create law which is the specific function of the Legislative branch. We again saw the same reactions. We know that our founders favored freedom, self-reliance, and independence over government domination. Patrick Henry said, “The Constitution is not an instrument for the government to restrain the people, it is an instrument for the people to restrain the government — lest it come to dominate our lives and interests.”
It is the vision of the Individualist to use the Constitution for the express purpose of restraining government as was intended. It is the vision of the Collectivist to use the Constitution for the express purpose of restraining the people. The Collectivist wants to dominate the lives and the interests of the people because they believe they know what is best for all; they believe everybody should conform to their thinking, that the collective should dictate the ambitions and desires of the individual, so those ambitions and desires do not violate the standards of the collective. This is not the vision the founders had for the United States. When young Kennedy gave his disjointed and artificial response to the SOTU by the President, we heard a convoluted outline of the collectivist belief. We heard about an America of government dependent people who would be dominated and controlled. It was a very dark vision, and even darker when you compared it to the optimistic vision of the President backed by incredible results, all because the role of the government is being reduced. The individual is being freed to believe big things and again reach for the stars. I recently release my latest book, “The Road To Tyranny Individualism to Collectivism.” If you want to learn about and understand both visions, I would strongly suggest you get a copy for yourself and one for your family and friends. All of you should read the book and discuss it during your reading and after. You will understand Individualism and Collectivism. You will be able to make an informed decision as to which you favor. You can get the book on my website, www.mygrandchildrensamerica.com

The Collectivist (Marxist, Communist, Socialist, Fascist, Progressive, Democrat) agenda has been to destroy long standing principles, morality, and religion. This was also stated by Karl Marx. The two biggest obstacles to the Collectivist agenda in the United States are the Bible and the United States Constitution.
The Collectivist agenda is an agenda that depends on and thus supports atheism. Understand that the Bible directly opposes their ideals and principles. In the Collectivist agenda the supremacy of man is paramount as is the obliteration of right and wrong. The Collectivist insists that it is man who can and should be able to give and take rights from people. The Collectivist also states that absolutes do not exist when the topic involves morals and ethics. The Collectivist believes that anything that advances their agenda is good and anything that opposes their agenda is bad. The Collectivists despise the United States Constitution. Not only was the Constitution based on the Judeo-Christian standard of right and wrong, and good and bad, but the Constitution was also founded on the principles of Individualism with rule of law, limited government, divided government, and sovereignty of the people as its foundation. The founders understood that it is these principles that maintain freedom and a totalitarian state can only come into existence when our country no longer adheres to the principles of the Bible and the Constitution. Now we have a Collectivist that was willing to openly proclaim the reasons for the Collectivist hatred of the Constitution. “A national correspondent for The Week magazine wrote in a Jan. 26 article that the U.S. Constitution is “an outdated, malfunctioning piece of junk — and it’s only getting worse.” Correspondent Ryan Cooper says the U.S. should instead become a “parliamentary democracy, by far the most successful and road-tested form of government.” What is his problem with the Constitution? Part of Cooper’s rant about the Constitution says the document’s main problem is that it makes “changing anything nearly impossible.” “One of the biggest problems with the Constitution as written is it makes changing anything nearly impossible,” he wrote. “Other countries regularly ditch or overhaul their constitutions to deal with new problems — and even America has done so in the distant past. When the first stab at a U.S. Constitution proved totally unworkable, Americans of the day didn’t fuss around with stipulations that “the Union shall be perpetual.” Instead they threw the whole thing out and started from scratch.” Any abrupt, dramatic change in how the U.S. is governed could cause society to fall into utter chaos, Cooper admitted. But don’t worry, Cooper said he has the cure for a document that has been in place for more than two centuries. “Make no mistake, a constitutional collapse would be a tremendously destabilizing and dangerous event, and raise a significant chance of insurrection, civil war, or a military dictatorship,” Cooper wrote. “But if and when it comes, it won’t be by choice — it will be because the ancient, janky mechanisms of the American Constitution simply failed.” Some of his suggestions setting up provisions to elect a president from the House, “neuter” the Senate, radically change how House members are elected, and eliminate the Senate filibuster. What rights would be eliminated? Here are some of the Constitution’s “janky mechanisms” that Cooper wants to throw in the trash: First Amendment: Freedom of press, speech and assembly. Second Amendment: The right to keep and bear arms. Third Amendment: The Right to refuse quartering soldiers on private property. Fourth Amendment: Freedom from illegal search and seizures. Fifth Amendment: Rights for people accused of crimes. Sixth Amendment: The right to a speedy trial by jury in a district where a crime occurred. Seventh Amendment: The right to a jury trial for civil cases. Eighth Amendment: Protection from cruel and unusual punishments and excessive bail. Ninth Amendment: The idea that “certain rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.” Tenth Amendment: Limiting the power of the federal government.” With the elimination of the Constitution, individualism, rule of law, limited government, divided government, sovereignty of the people, and our freedom would also be eliminated. Our founders said the people are sovereign and the government is the servant. The people, as sovereign should have complete and total access to government documents. This is the way it should be in a nation founded on Individualism. Collectivists (Marxists, Communists, Socialists, Fascists, Progressives, Democrats) believe that government is sovereign, and people should be the servants. It is the sovereign who determines what the servant can know.
There is strong evidence that agencies of the administrative branch of government have been acting as secret police forces, namely the FBI, and in so doing have been operating as an arm of a political party to further the polices of that political party. This is reminiscent of secret police agencies in collectivist nations; the KGB in the Soviet Union, and the Gestapo in Nazi Germany. These secret police forces operated without transparency, as does any secret police force of a dictatorial party; the Communists in the Soviet Union, the Nazi’s in Germany, and apparently the Marxist/Progressives (Democrats) in the United States. The FBI has refused to turn over additional text messages related to two anti-Trump employees and senior bureau leadership. In recent weeks, the focus of text messages at the FBI have centered around senior agent Peter Strzok and his mistress, FBI lawyer Lisa Page. The two high-ranking bureau employees worked on both the Clinton email investigation and the investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election, which would become the investigation taken over by special counsel Robert Mueller. If [Attorney General Jeff] Sessions is a servant of the people, he will recognize that this is just the tip of the iceberg. He should send the U.S. Marshals over to the FBI and secure the evidence because there are other text messages that are the people’s and have yet to be turned over to the representatives of the people, Congress. The FBI, in their perceived role as the secret police force of the Marxist/Progressive Party (Democrats) has assumed the same stance of non-transparency as did the KGB and the Gestapo. In a stance that any servant of the people should take, the head of the Executive Branch of our government, Donald Trump wants the well-publicized secret memo that details alleged government surveillance abuses released to the public. Trump last week told Attorney General Jeff Sessions, to release the memo, also known as the “secret FISA memo.” It has been noted that Trump’s directive contradicts the Department of Justice’s position on the matter. The agency has said releasing the classified memo without official review would be “extraordinarily reckless.” It has been stated that Trump “is inclined to have that released just because it will shed light” on the FBI’s Trump-Russia investigation. The rumors are that the memo will shed light on the investigation and will help the investigators come to a conclusion. The information does belong to the sovereign is the stance taken by Trump. The DOJ and the FBI are still taking the position that the secret police have a right to not be transparent. The DOJ and the FBI must understand we are an individualist nation and not a collectivist nation. We are the Untied States and not the Soviet Union or Nazi Germany. If there was wrong doing, it should be exposed and the guilty should be tried under the law. This is how a nation that adheres to rule of law works. We just came through another government shutdown, simply because congress now believes, apparently, that our Constitution gives them the mandate and the authority to run our nation with continuing resolutions. Anyway, this is how we have operated for the last decade or so. Clearly the Constitution mandates that congress is to pass budgets.
Now we have resorted to continuing resolutions for three-week periods at a time. Schumer, Pelosi, McConnell, and Ryan have proven under their leadership that the United States government would be operated better if the Keystone Cops were in charge. Hopefully the Keystone Cops could fund the government for at least a month at a time. February 8 is doomsday. Another shutdown is looming with all of the posturing and pontificating that goes along with it. All the posturing and pontificating proves is that the American people have failed. The easy answer to fix our problem, according to many people would be to have term limits. Term limits already exist. The term of a senator is 6 years and the term of a representative is 2 years. To limit the number of terms an individual can serve is not the answer either. We tried it in California, and if anything, our legislature has become even more incompetent. The only answer is the voter. The voters are uninformed and uninterested. This has become more and more the case as our school system has become an indoctrination system. Our students are taught multi-culturalism, sex education, two mommies and two daddies, social justice, and all else that goes along with the mandated Marxist indoctrination programs, but they are not taught accurate American history. Until that happens, nothing will change. Freedom Loving Americans, we must begin to change the indoctrination system back to an education system, that is teach kids how to think and not what to think, or we will no longer be the land of the free and the home of the brave. It is our choice. America’s poverty capital is now a state that’s had a history of wealth, both in terms of human capital and natural resources. It’s where several of our biggest industries — including defense and tech — have been based. It was a place where many people went in the 20th century to seek their fortunes. And yet, after the state turned into the most liberal — Marxist — place in America, it also became our country’s epicenter of economic misery.
The new poverty capital in the United States is California. “California — not Mississippi, New Mexico, or West Virginia — has the highest poverty rate in the United States,” the Los Angeles Times notes. “According to the Census Bureau’s Supplemental Poverty Measure –which accounts for the cost of housing, food, utilities, and clothing, and which includes noncash government assistance as a form of income — nearly one out of four Californians is poor.” So, why are Californians so poor? After all, job and GDP growth is good, although most of that is based around the tech sector. Part of it is that “state and local bureaucracies that implement California’s antipoverty programs … resisted pro-work reforms” that began in the 1990s to get people off of welfare. It’s not as if California policymakers have neglected to wage war on poverty, Sacramento and local governments have spent massive amounts in the cause, for decades now. Myriad state and municipal benefit programs overlap with one another; in some cases, individuals with incomes 200 percent above the poverty line receive benefits, according to the California Policy Center. Unfortunately, California, with 12 percent of the American population, is home today to roughly one in three of the nation’s welfare recipients. The generous spending, then, has not only failed to decrease poverty; it has made it worse. The welfare reform in California created the typical dependency trap. Immigrants are falling into it: 55% of immigrant families in the state get some kind of means-tested benefits, compared with just 30% of natives. Other reasons for California being the new capital of poverty are that Californians spent 30 percent of their income on housing in 2015, in part because of government regulations around land use and the environment. Counties and local governments have imposed restrictive land-use regulations that drove up the price of land and dwellings. Middle-income households have been forced to accept lower standards of living while the less fortunate have been driven into poverty by the high cost of housing. That’s not the only place where the state’s exigent environmental regulations have hurt the middle class and poor. Some estimates have energy prices at 50 percent more than the national average due mostly to regulations. In 2012, nearly 1 million California households faced ‘energy poverty’ — defined as energy expenditures exceeding 10 percent of household income. In certain California counties, the rate of energy poverty was as high as 15 percent of all households. And things are only poised to get worse. By 2020, California will require that one-third of electricity consumed in the state be generated from renewable sources. California households’ electricity prices have risen as a result of the state’s renewable-energy mandates and carbon cap-and-trade program — and will likely continue to rise at an even faster rate in coming years. The great irony at work here is that this has been the Marxist/Progressive (Democrat) playbook for decades now. We’re told that if we give the poorest among us welfare, it will spark the economy more than tax cuts because the impoverished will put that money back into the economy. Green energy — adopted in expedited fashion due to environmental regulations — was supposed to create new industries and economic growth as far as the windmill-trained eye could see. Instead, what we’ve seen is homelessness, shantytowns, extreme income inequality, joblessness, deficits, and all without discernible benefit to the state and the nation at large. Which raises the question: isn’t this what they said the conservative agenda would lead to? And now the Marxist/Progressives (Democrats) are saying they must negate the economic benefits of the recent tax cuts by confiscating much of the savings the companies would receive so the state can continue its destructive redistribution policies. The results are predictable. We are witnessing those results today. Now we are learning the FBI has lost critical texts of two of their anti-American corrupt employees.
We are just a year out from a regime that knowingly and wittingly mislead and lied to the American people led by Obama. His own Attorney General lied to the Congress and the American public about his role in and knowledge of Fast and Furious. The other Attorney General lied about a meeting on the tarmac at the Phoenix airport and then directed that those who violated the law concerning national security be excused. During this same regime members of the regime representing the IRS knowingly and wittingly lied to the Congress and the American public about their role in persecuting political opponents. They claimed emails had been lost and hard drives destroyed, just as did the former Secretary of State under the same regime. During this same regime we had members of the National Security Team knowingly and wittingly lie to the Congress and to the American people to cover-up their illegal activities of spying on American citizens. Now we are learning that this same regime was knowingly and wittingly assisting the Marxist/Progressive Party (Democrats) work with foreign interests to sell American uranium to the Russians for the Benefit of the Clinton Foundation as well as working with foreign governments to conceive and produce lies to damage their political opponent. We are also learning that this same political party, The Marxist/Progressive Party (Democrats) worked with known criminal foreign employees while making national secrets available to them by supplying them with emails and passwords. When discovered, evidence in the form of computers were destroyed. We have learned that the previous regime of Obama, knowingly and wittingly lied to and deceived the American people to advance the fundamental transformation they had promised. We are learning how this regime used the administrative branch of our government, in clear violation of the United States Constitution and laws of the United States, to manipulate the American election to assure that the Marxist/Progressive (Democrat) candidate would be elected to continue the fundamental transformation promised and assure that their illegal and deceitful actions would not be exposed. This should not be a surprise. The Marxist/Progressives (Democrats) are now the Communist Party of the Untied States. They adhere to the principles and philosophy of Marx, Engels, and Lenin. Marx and Engels had written many times how morals and ethics are relative and more properly non-existent. Lenin realized he would have to develop a whole new approach to morals and ethics. Lenin summarized it this way, “We say that our morality is wholly subordinated to the interests of the class struggle of the proletariat.” What Marx and Lenin said was practiced by them and practiced by Obama and his fellow communists in his regime. That is, what whatever tends to advance the Communist principles and philosophy is morally good and whatever does not is morally bad. This is simply to say that the, “ends always justify the means.” For the Marxist/Progressive (Democrats) being in reality Communists, it is not wrong to cheat, lie, violate oaths or promises, or even destroy human life if it advances the Communist cause. This code of no morals or ethics accounts for the amoral behavior on the part of the Marxist/Progressives (Democrats), which is incomprehensible to Freedom Loving Americans. 1/22/2018 ROB REINER CLEARLY ILLUMINATES FRUSTRATION OF MARXIST/PROGRESSIVES (DEMOCRATS) WITH TRUMPRead NowActor and left-wing activist Rob Reiner railed against President Donald Trump Saturday at the Women’s March in Los Angeles, calling Trump a “racist,” a “sexist,” and a “pathological liar.”
“We were all here a year ago for many different reasons. But one of the unifying reasons was we were scared,” Reiner told the crowd of mostly women, at an event that marked the one-year anniversary of the Women’s March that helped spark the anti-Trump Resistance. “We were scared of who was going to enter the White House. A year has gone by. And he has corroborated every one of our fears,” Reiner said. “And we cannot white wash this anymore. We have a racist in the White House,” the All in the Family star screamed. “We have a sexist in the White House. We have a pathological liar in the White House. And he is tearing away at the fabric of our democracy.” “When we all came together last time, we had the power,” Reiner said. And it’s the women, the women have given us the power. And the women continue to give us the power.” Last June, Rob Reiner called for an “all-out war” to resist President Trump. In his remarks, Reiner outlined very key elements in the desire of the collectivists (Marxists, communists, socialists, and progressives) to complete the fundamental transformation of the United States from a free and independent nation to a socially just and totally equal Marxist style dictatorship. Reiner resorts to the type of demagoguery that has been used and is always used by the collectivist. A collectivist cannot and will not argue for or defend his position based on facts or policies. The collectivist will not do this because they realize that once the useful idiots they are recruiting understand the end goal of the collectivist, the useful idiot will turn away from the destructive results of the “hope and change” campaign. Reiner refers to the “fabric of our democracy.” Reiner is not referring to the United States as it was founded and designed. Reiner is referring to the democracy he and his fellow collectivists crave. Our founders understood that a true democracy has always been a step toward dictatorship and tyranny. To avoid that situation, the founders created the United States to be a republic. Because we are a republic is the reason Trump is the President today instead of Hillary. The collectivist understands the true dangers of a true democracy. If the United States had been a true democracy, the United States would no longer exist as a free and independent people, but we would be a nation with a sovereign government and the people would be slaves to that government, just what the collectivist desires. Reiner called for “an all-out war” to resist Trump. Every true Marxist/Progressive understands that a revolution must occur in order to bring about their desired Marxist totalitarian state that is socially just and totally equal. The one area of disagreement Marx and Engels had was how to bring about their desired communist state. Marx always said a true revolution would have to occur while initially Engels believed a total destruction of a society was not necessary to bring about the communist state. Within a short period of time Engels became a Marx convert on the idea of total destruction of society so the new one could be rebuilt. This was also the main difference between the Bolsheviks and the Mensheviks. Reiner is advocating for the beliefs of Marx and the Bolsheviks; tear down the very fabrics of our current Republic so the Marxist totalitarian state that is socially just and totally equal, the communist state, can be built. Thank you, Reiner for so clearly stating your true beliefs and your real goals, which are the same as the Marxist/Progressives (Democrats).
