The Marxist/Progressives (Democrats) and some Republican establishment have fought Donald Trump even before he was nominated to be the Republican candidate for president in a way we have not witnessed in presidential politics for decades if ever. The attacks on Trump as a candidate for the nomination, as a candidate for president, and now as president go back to the worst times, we have witnessed in the United States including the campaign between Thomas Jefferson and John Adams and the campaign between Andrew Jackson and John Quincy Adams. Both of those campaigns, like the campaigns against candidate Trump, nominee Trump, and President Trump, have been personal and not policy oriented, filled with innuendo and void of fact and logic.
Why the enemies of President Trump fear him so greatly is exposed by their very own. The prospect of four more years has already captured the fevered imaginations of Marxist/Progressives (Democrats) and never-Trump Republicans. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi predicted, “The reelection of Donald Trump would do irreparable damage to the United States.” Even the president’s own supporters envision an emboldened incumbent who pulverizes political norms with a vigor, to borrow the president’s go-to line, the likes of which the world has never seen. And there it is. Pelosi states that the president would do irreparable damage to the United States. Pelosi and her comrades have already told us how much they hate our Constitution and the principles upon which our nation was founded; individualism and capitalism, rule of law, limited government, divided government, and sovereignty of the people. The United States of which Pelosi speaks is the United States envisioned by the Marxist/Progressives (Democrats) promised by Comrade Obama and the United States proclaimed by the current candidates to be the Marxist/Progressive (Democrat) candidate. The United States of which Pelosi speaks is a United States that is a collectivist (Marxist, communist, socialist, progressive, Democrat – all virtually the same) nation. This United States would be a nation with arbitrary law as we are witnessing with the impeachment fiasco, it would be big bureaucratic dictatorial government, concentrated power in the hands of the judicial branch and not divided power, and government as sovereign with the people as the servants. This movement has been in a full-frontal assault since at least the days of Woodrow Wilson. The movement has only had serious challenges and setbacks during the administrations of Coolidge and Reagan, until now. President Trump is as skilled at fighting the enemies of freedom as Napoleon was at bringing all of Europe under his control. The other great fear is that President Trump “will pulverize political norms with vigor.” Yes, that he is doing. President Trump is not only draining the swam of collectivists who despise everything about the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution of the United States, and the Bill of Right, but he is exposing this deep hatred for all the principles upon which the United States was founded. Today we know for instance that many agencies within the executive branch of government had and have organized efforts to undermine the elected officials when those elected officials do not conform to the collectivist agenda. Today we know, for instance, that many who are leaders of the collectivist movement were and still are using the political norms to enrich their families, friends, and themselves, both unlawfully and unethically. Today we know, for instance, that the political norms include illegal and unethical domestic political norms of enriching themselves in the manner the late Elijah Cummings and his wife did by diverting funds designated for the people in Baltimore to themselves and by receiving security deposits from those who had matters before the committees headed by the late Elijah Cummings. Yes, these collectivists fear another four years of irreparable damage and pulverizing political norms that have benefited them and brought about horrible conditions for the “people.” This is the normal and standard means in any and all collectivist nations and the mind of the collectivist.
