THE DNC CAN SET THEIR OWN RULES BERNIE SANDERS

 
Political parties are independent organizations and can establish their own rules for who they allow to compete in their primaries so long as those rules are not discriminatory per the amendments to the Constitution and the laws of the land.  When the DNC says that a candidate must be a member of the Marxist/Progressive Party (Democrat), that is not an unreasonable restriction.  The parties can also establish the rules for how their candidates are selected.  They are not obligated to hold primary elections but can and have nominated candidates in “smoke filled rooms”.  There is no Constitutional requirement nor law that declares how a party is to choose who will run in a general election.
 
If people do not agree with the new rules of the DNC, they have a choice.  Yes, this is still the United States and we still can make some choices.  These disgruntled people can establish their own political party.  There is nothing in the Constitution nor in our laws that limits the number of political parties to two.  So, Sanders and all “Democrat Socialists” start your own party and establish your own rules.  Wipe your tears and get to work, that is the American way; it is also the way of those of us who proclaim the principles of Individualism.

The Marxist/Progressive (Democrat) National Committee recently adopted a new rule that could keep Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) from earning the Marxist/Progressive (Democrat) 2020 presidential nomination or any other non-proclaimed Marxist/Progressive (Democrat).  The rule, which was adopted on Friday, would prevent non-declared Marxist/Progressives (Democrats) from seeking the nomination.
 
The new rules state that when a Marxist/Progressive (Democrat) presidential candidate announces their candidacy publicly, they must publicly affirm that they are a Marxist/Progressive (Democrat).  Each candidate must also affirm “in writing, to the National Chairperson of the Marxist/Progressive  (Democrat) National Committee” that they are “a member of the Marxist/Progressive (Democrat) Party; will accept the Marxist/Progressive (Democrat) Nomination and will run and serve as a member of the Marxist/Progressive (Democrat) Party.”
 
The 76-year-old senator is seeking re-election in 2018 as a Marxist/Progressive (Democrat) in Vermont. Once he has enough votes to secure the state party’s nomination, he will decline the nomination and declare he’s running as an independent.  His strategy, which he has used in the past, ensures that he ends up on the ballot while also eliminating other liberal candidates from appearing on the ballot as the Marxist/Progressive (Democrat) nominee.
 
Many consider this practice to be unethical.  It is.  But, remember that Collectivists, which Sanders is, never allowed ethics to get in the way of promoting themselves or advancing their cause of fundamental transformation to a Marxist totalitarian state. 
 
What is ironic is that the Marxist/Progressives (Democrats) practice the same standards or ethics the ends justify the means.   This time it is being used by one of their own but against them.
