On March 2, 1917, Russian Emperor Nicholas II abdicated the throne on behalf of himself and his son, the heir apparent Tsarevich Alexei. Many Americans have no idea this event happened. They do not know the events that led to this historical changing event, or what took place afterwards that has had an enormous impact on subsequent world events. Most Americans would ask why I even mention this event. They would say it has not had an impact on any happenings in the United States. They would be wrong. The event has had a great impact on the United States and is impacting us even today.
The Romanovs, the ruling family of Russia of which Nicholas II was a member, had in 1913 celebrated 300 years of rule over Russia. Yet, just four years later, Nicholas II took the action to abdicate his rule and effectively the reign of the Romanov family. The result of this abdication was a bloody revolution in Russia that ended with the Bolshevik wing of the communist movement under the leadership of Vladimir Ilyich Ulyanov, better known as Lenin, gaining control in Russia. Under the claim of bringing freedom to the Russian people, Lenin established one party rule in Russia that brought about more tyranny to Russian than they had suffered under the Romanov’s. Lenin, a dedicated Marxist, was determined to bring about the classless society called for by Marx. Lenin demanded total conformity to the communist ideology and total allegiance to the state, which was the Communist Party. Lenin began immediately to gain that control by taking control of the press, censoring reading materials, restricting speech, outlawing private ownership of productive property, taking away the people’s guns, destroying the family unit, controlling education, and using indoctrination, propaganda, and intimidation to bring this control to total domination. Churches were eliminated. Anybody who openly proclaimed a religious belief was banned from the party. Divorce was encouraged. Abortion was legalized and made readily available. Sexual immorality was encouraged, and free sex was encouraged amongst all including the youth. Lenin took to heart the dictate of Marx that there must be no restrictive boarders between nations. Marx stated, and Lenin believed, that communism must be worldwide and any nations that were not communist adherents must be revolutionized or transformed to communism. Marx had stated that it was critical that Great Britain and the United States be transformed to communism. This must happen Marx explained, for communism to become the sole social and economic doctrine practiced worldwide. Lenin began his attempt to bring communism to the world with a military invasion of Poland, which ended with an embarrassing and devastating military defeat for Lenin. Lenin quickly understood that the Russian military was not capable of bringing communism to the rest of the world, so he established the Communist International. It was the Communist International or Comintern, that set out to transform the United States. The Comintern determined that to accomplish this goal they must gain control of the education system, the media, and the entertainment industries in the United States. They would do this by converting key Americans in these industries to the Marxist ideology. This they did and through those key converted individuals, the Marxist ideology became embedded in the daily teachings and activities of Columbia University. It spread from their and became the bedrock for the indoctrination of the American education system. The Marxist ideology is today taught in all public schools and many private schools. The Marxist ideology is the key fundamental taught to journalist students and dominates our press and media. The entertainment industry stresses the perceived virtues of Marxism while denigrating the values of individualism in a less and less subtle manner. Another goal of Lenin and the Marxists was to dominate at least one political party in the United States. They now dominate and control the Democrat party. Just as in the days of Franklin Roosevelt, communists are the driving force behind the policies of today’s Democrat party. Many of the policies introduced in Russia by Lenin were for the purpose of destroying the core family unit. It is critical under communism that the values of the children are the values of the state and not of their parents, and definitely not the values of the church. We see those same policies now in the United States; easy divorce, adultery encouraged and glorified in Hollywood, promotion of pornography, and encouraging free sexual activity among the youth. This is all a part of destroying the family unit. Communist policies are dominating the United States today. The Franklin Roosevelt regime introduced many. The Obama regime enhanced many of the communist social agenda policies and also created an atmosphere to enhance racism and hatred of our police forces whose purpose is to promote chaos and ultimately destroy our society so it can be rebuilt as a communist society. If Nicholas II had not abdicated, but had formed a constitutional republic, which had been suggested, Lenin would probably never have gained control. The communist movement would have remained a fringe movement. The communists in other countries would not have had the assistance they received from the Soviet Union to establish communist governments in those countries. The Communist International would never have had the influence in the United States it had if it would have had any influence at all. If Nicholas II had not abdicated, it is unlikely the United States would be under the threat we are today of having our Constitutional Republic transformed to a Marxist totalitarian state. Yes, what happens in history does have a direct impact on historical events in the future. This is why it is critical that we learn history and that we teach our youth accurate history and not history that simply advances a desired narrative; in this case a narrative that advances the transformation promised by Obama when he stated on October 30, 2008, “We are five days from fundamentally transforming the United States of America”.
