We are witnessing racism in all its glory. Racism is the worst form of bullying. Racism is bigotry. Racism is defined as a belief or doctrine that inherent differences among the various human racial groups determine cultural or individual achievement, usually involving the idea that one's own race is superior and has the right to dominate others or that a particular racial group is inferior to the others. When you see a black person demanding that a white person get on their knees and state that they have practiced white supremacy, that is a racist act by the black person. That individual who was the bully has singled the other person just because of their skin color.
When people state that all of one race are good or bad, or all of one race need special privileges, or all of one race must support a certain political philosophy, or all of one race should be held to higher standards for college entry, and we can go on and on. Here is a perfect example of absolute and unadulterated racism, and this type of racist bullying should be denounced by anybody and everybody who would claim they were not a racist. Hollywood actor Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson swiped at President Donald Trump amid nationwide protests and violence over the police involved death of George Floyd by repeatedly asking where is our “leader” and demanding we all say the words “Black Lives Matter.” Johnson also judged that societal change is already in process — however — “there’s going to be blood.” This is a racist statement, made by an apparent racist. Not only is he specifically calling for people to be specifically mentioned as mattering only based on the color is their skin, but he is doing it as an intimidating bully. The reactions against Drew Brees are acts of racism. That Drew Brees stated he would not adhere to what has become an anti-American symbol is pro or con America and not pro or con any race based strictly on the color of the skin of an individual. Any of you who support these types of racist acts, are supporting, condoning, and promulgating racism. When you protest acts of injustice of one person against another, bless you. When you support justice be brought against those who would commit an act of injustice against another, bless you. If you can answer yes to the questions, would you have the same outrage if the victim in the George Floyd situation had been a Hispanic, an Asian, a Caucasian, or any other skin color? Would you have the same outrage if the perpetrator had been a black policeman, or a Hispanic policeman, or an Asian policeman? Did you have the same outrage when you saw the young black men beat the old white lady with their fists and a board? Did you have the same outrage when you heard about the black grandfather and father who was shot trying to protect the business of a friend? Do you have the same outrage when you see people, regardless of color looting and stealing in the name of justice? If you can answer yes to the above questions you are probably not a racist and are a neighbor as defined by Jesus Christ when he told the parable of the Good Samaritan. Rather then me telling you the story, please find a Bible and read Luke 10, verse 25 – 37. I would suggest you continue to read, perhaps the Gospel of John to understand what is and what is not racism. Jesus tells us very clearly how we are to treat all of those he has created, regardless of skin color.
