The pundits are telling us who the big winners and the big losers were after the two nights the Marxist/Progressives (Democrats) told us how collectivism (Marxism, communism, socialism, progressive, Democrat – all virtually the same) is the road the United States should travel. This is the same road Karl Marx explained would lead to a classless society that would be totally conforming and totally equal. Marx also said, as do the Marxist/Progressives (Democrats), that this is the road to a utopian society where total harmony exists. This road has been traveled by many different societies and countries and it has failed miserably every time it is tried. The society or country always suffers from a total financial collapse which brings about a total social collapse. This is always what happens and based on the policies it can do nothing different.
There were no winners because there can be no winners when everything you propose leads to poverty for all but the government elite, a crime infested society, hyperinflation and financial failure, and a society of despair, devastation, and hopelessness. Again, this is a statement based on history and facts. The huge loser would be the principles found in our Founding Documents, the same principles upon which our nation was founded. These principles explicitly stated that a limited government is critical for freedom and liberty and these principles stated that the individual must be free to pursue their dreams and reap the rewards of those dreams. These principles stressed that individuals must be allowed to be individuals who are responsible for their own decisions and the consequences thereof. The Marxist/Progressives (Democrats) are claiming just the opposite. What we heard is that every adult must be supported with $1000 per month and this will solve all ills. We were told that if the government supports the individual financially, the individual will then strive to work and be a positive citizen contributing to the overall success of the collective. This is what Marx said, Lenin, Hitler, Mao, Castro, Chavez, and others tried. We know the results. We were told that because students could go to the government and receive unlimited loans in their quest for many times meaningless college degrees, and in this quest they only had to ask without proving any indication of repayment, that the ultimate responsibility for these loans should now fall on the shoulders of hard working responsible American citizens. We were told that those who would willfully violate our laws and our borders, those who would claim their sovereignty over the sovereignty of the American people, are entitled to receive, again from the pockets of hard working Americans, all their needs and even luxuries that somehow they are entitled to receive. We are led to believe that any American who believes in the principles of the Founding Documents, the very principles upon which our nation was founded are racists, homophobes, islamophobes, sexists, and any other demeaning and demonic term one could conjure, because of those beliefs. We are told that liberty of the individual must be limited and subjected to the will of the collective or the state. We were told that the fruits of our labor, in the form of income, is not ours but belongs to the state and as the property of the state, the state has the right to tell us how much of what we earned for the state we can keep for ourselves. If we disagree with this un-American philosophy, we are as Marx said and echoed by his followers, greedy. The biggest loser is liberty. The biggest loser is what is known as the American dream. The biggest loser is the principle of individualism, the philosophy upon which our nation was founded and flourished. The biggest loser is the American citizen who values the natural rights endowed upon them by their Creator, the right to life, liberty, and property or the pursuit of happiness. The biggest loser is you.
