HOW DEMOCRATS VIEW YOUR ASSETS

We must remember that Democrats are Communists. The proper name for the Democrat party is the Communist Party of the United States. The Democrats are a younger sibling to all Marxists around the world, especially to the Chinese Communist Party. If you do not believe me, read the Communist Manifesto, read the Critique of the Gotha Program, read other writings by Marx and Engels, by Lenin, Trotsky, and other dedicated Communists, and then tell me how and why you disagree with my statement.
Karl Marx on private property: “Private property has made us so stupid and one-sided that an object is only ours when we have it – when it exists for us as capital, or when it is directly possessed, eaten, drunk, worn, inhabited, etc., – in short, when it is used by us. Although private property itself again conceives all these direct realizations of possession only as means of life, and the life which they serve as means is the life of private property – labour and conversion into capital.
In the place of all physical and mental senses there has therefore come the sheer estrangement of all these senses, the sense of having. The human being had to be reduced to this absolute poverty in order that he might yield his inner wealth to the outer world.
The abolition of private property is therefore the complete emancipation of all human senses and qualities, but it is this emancipation precisely because these senses and attributes have become, subjectively and objectively, human. The eye has become a human eye, just as its object has become a social, human object – an object made by man for man. The senses have therefore become directly in their practice theoreticians. They relate themselves to the thing for the sake of the thing, but the thing itself is an objective human relation to itself and to man, and vice versa. Need or enjoyment have consequently lost its egotistical nature, and nature has lost its mere utility by use becoming human use.”
Understand, the Communist, the Marxist, the Democrat believes they are making you smarter and they are emancipating you so you can yield your inner wealth to society when they free you from the burdens of private property by taking it from you via taxation. Said another way, the Communist, the Marxist, the Democrat would like you to believe they are enabling you to become the best citizen you can be when they relieve you of all your burdensome and unwholesome property.
This is why the Communist, Marxist, Democrat is always looking to help you by raising your taxes in any way they can. Comrade Biden has said he will not raise your taxes if you earn under a certain amount, however, being a good and dedicated Communist, Marxist, Democrat, he would be shirking his obligation to you and to society if he did not find a devious way to take from you to give to others.
If Biden gets his way, Americans will no longer be able to pass stocks, real estate, and other capital assets to their heirs when they die without paying capital gains tax. He wants to do this by changing the tax rules that allow a "step up" in basis on inherited property. This proposal, along with others designed to increase taxes is a part of the so-called American Families Plan.
Currently, if you inherit property like a house, that increase in value from the time it was originally purchased, the tax basis is increased to the property's fair market value at the date of the previous owner's death. This adjustment is called a "step up" in basis (or "stepped-up" basis). The increase in basis also means that you could sell the house immediately without paying any capital gains tax, because there is technically no gain at that point to tax.
Biden’s plan calls for an elimination of this stepped-up basis so that when you sold the house you would pay capital gains tax on the increase in value from the original purchase date to the date of sale. All the details have yet to be released. Of course, the so-called American Family plan has still not passed through congress.
The Communist, Marxist, Democrat, absolutely believes that you should not even be able to inherit that house. They believe, as stated by Marx in the Communist Manifesto, that all rights of inheritance should be abolished. They explain their thinking by reminding us that private property is evil. It enslaves people and takes from them their inner wealth, whatever that means.
Communists, Marxists, Democrats, do not believe people earn what they have and therefor have no hesitation to take as much as they can from these people through government confiscation or taxation. Obama said that people who have achieved financially owe their success to government investment in infrastructure and other projects -- saying “if you’ve got a business, you didn’t build that.”
And yes, the Communist, Marxist, Democrat, believes they are doing their social duty by taking from the achiever and giving to the nonachiever because it “frees” all to be fully committed to, and fully contributing to the collective. The Communist, Marxist, Democrat, believes this is the ultimate calling.
