HOW DEMOCRATS ARE TRANSFORMING THE UNITED STATES

If you vote for Democrats but claim you support individual liberty and freedom, claim you support the founding principles, claim you believe in free enterprise, claim you support free speech, or claim you are an American, you are not in tune with reality. If you oppose the Democrats and are concerned about the future of our country, it is critical you understand how they are transforming our country from a republic to a democracy to socialism to communism.
A topic of this magnitude can not be covered in a short article, but would take books. The blueprint the Democrats are following was drawn by Marx in several books. He did not originate the ideas but certainly clearly defined them. Lenin followed them closely when he transformed Russia into a communist country.
It is my intent to mention a couple key areas in this transformation. Hopefully, no matter on which side you fall, you will take the time to study further so you can decide on fact and not slogans as to which side you support.
We were founded as a republic and not a democracy. In a republic, the law has the final say, not the majority. When Biden told us that the Bill of Rights is not absolute, he was wrong if we honor our Constitution. He would have been correct if we were a democracy.  Our Constitution states that freedom of speech cannot be abridged. That means it is absolute. That means it cannot be limited. That means Justice Holmes was wrong when he said freedom of speech was not absolute. Biden and Holmes thought they were in a democracy where the constitution can be changed by a majority of somebody. That is why democracy is by definition a dictatorship. The majority can take away the rights of the minority with a simple vote. Our founders opposed this.
In our Constitution, the power of government is specifically limited. The federal government is to have no more power than that specifically given to it in Article I Section 8 of the Constitution. Any powers assumed by it, even with a congressional vote, an executive order, a Supreme Court Ruling, or a vote of the people is unconstitutional and should not be allowed. The founders reinforced this with the 10th amendment.
It is our first amendment specifically stated freedoms that all aspiring dictators attack. Our founders considered these freedoms to be a part of the protected freedoms already, but the people insisted they be specifically stated and thus the Bill of Rights.
Recently we have seen where an individual from New York was sentenced to ten years in prison because the Democrats said what he said in a past election was a violation of the law. However, any American would recognize it as being protected speech. Those who disagree have no idea as to what has been said in past elections. Go back and study the election between Jefferson and John Adams. Go back and study the election between Andrew Jackson and John Quincy Adams as examples. What this person said was not even close to those two campaigns where they were protected by the 1st amendment.
Recently, Nancy Pelosi said that Trump would have the opportunity to prove himself innocent in court. Pelosi was stating exactly the opposite of how our legal system was designed to work and exactly the way the legal system of a dictatorship is designed. In our system, the burden of proof is placed on the state or the prosecutor. The defendant is always presumed to be innocent in the eyes of the court.
In a dictatorship, the defendant is always assumed to be guilty. The burden of proof is on the defendant, they must prove their innocence. Pelosi had apparently assumed that our nation had already been transformed from a republic to a democracy to socialism to communism. She supported the same tactics for those arrested because they practiced their 1st amendment right to redress the government on January 6th. She even supported the right of the dictator to withhold any evidence that would have helped the defendants prove their innocence. Pelosi clearly endorsed dictatorship in her statement.
These are a few of the areas that are critical for the Democrats to be successful in their desire to transform the United States to a communist nation. There are many more such as their claim that entitlements are rights, their attempt to divide and create hate, their propaganda, indoctrination, and intimidation, their attempt to destroy the family unit, their attempt to remove God, and their demand that all children be under the authority of the state and totally remove the role of parent.
The Democrats hate the Bible and the Constitution and are determined to remove their influence. The Democrats are determined to enforce conformity to their ideology. The Democrats are determined to transform the USA to communism.
