DO WE HAVE A CONSTITUTION???

What we know is the Democrats, since at least Woodrow Wilson have shown their hate and disdain for our constitution. It has been called outdated, a living document that can mean what they want it to mean, and that it was written by a bunch of white supremacist slaveowners.
 
From the document, Communists Goals for Taking over America, that was entered into the United States Congressional Record on January 10, 1963 we  read #29 and #30:
29. Discredit the American Constitution by calling it inadequate, old-fashioned, out of step with modern needs, a hindrance to cooperation between nations on a worldwide basis.
30. Discredit the American Founding Fathers. Present them as selfish aristocrats who had no concern for the "common man."
 
And this is exactly what the Democrat party has been done as it fell under this same document:
15. Capture one or both of the political parties in the United States.
 
We are seeing the stark results of the above daily, but clearly illuminated in the time since Amy Coney Barrett has been nominated by President Trump to become a justice on the United States Supreme Court. The United States Constitution outlines the procedure for a new justice to be confirmed, the President shall nominate, and the justice shall be confirmed with the advice and consent of the Senate. There are no other restrictions or qualifications. Nevertheless, a candidate of a major political party, yes the one that was captured by the Communists, stated this:
 
"The only court packing going on right now is going on with Republicans packing the court right now. It's not constitutional what they're doing. We need to focus on what's happening right now. The fact is the only packing going on is this court being packed by the Republicans after voting has already begun. I'm going to stay focused on it, so we don’t take our eyes off the ball here."
 
What the Republicans are doing is clearly constitutional. Biden disagrees with what the Republicans are doing, but that does not make it “not constitutional.” What it in fact does is show that Biden has either never studied and or read the Constitution, disagrees with the Constitution, does not understand the Constitution, or all of the above.
 
We will also come to learn over the next several days that the Democrats on the Judiciary  Committee fall into the same category as does Biden. These members of the party that has been captured by the Communists, will attempt to keep the nominee from being confirmed because of her religious beliefs. This is clearly against the United States Constitution.
 
The No Religious Test Clause of the United States Constitution is a clause within Article VI, Clause 3: "The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States."
 
This party that has been captured by the Communists will many times refer to the Constitution, despite not knowing what it says, understanding what it says, believing what it says, or adhering to what it says. That fact is on full display and will be displayed again during the hearings this week. Because of this fact, it is critical that anybody who would claim to be an American, understand and adhere to this brilliantly written document whose goal was to limit the power of government and protect the rights of the people.
