BRITAIN DOES NOT WANT TO BE LIKE SAN FRANCISCO AND LOS ANGELES

Suella Braverman, British Home Secretary, wants to restrict the use of tents by homeless people in UK towns and cities. The home secretary's statement, which she shared on X, read: "The British people are compassionate. We will always support those who are genuinely homeless.
"But we cannot allow our streets to be taken over by rows of tents occupied by people, many of them from abroad, living on the streets as a lifestyle choice.
"Unless we step in now to stop this, British cities will go the way of places in the US like San Francisco and Los Angeles, where weak policies have led to an explosion of crime, drug taking, and squalor.
"Nobody in Britain should be living in a tent on our streets. There are options for people who don't want to be sleeping rough, and the government is working with local authorities to strengthen wraparound support including treatment for those with drug and alcohol addiction.
"What I want to stop, and what the law-abiding majority wants us to stop, is those who cause nuisance and distress to other people by pitching tents in public spaces, aggressively begging, stealing, taking drugs, littering, and blighting our communities."
It is wise for people in leadership positions to observe what happens in other countries and react accordingly.
It would be great if people in the Biden Regime did this. If they would observe the differences between those countries in Europe who have embraced open borders and those countries who have not, they would learn that open borders lead to chaos, crime, dysfunction, and bring financial hardship for the taxpayers. If the Biden Regime had the wisdom of the British Homeland Secretary, they would close our borders immediately.
It would be great if the people in the Biden Regime paid attention to those countries that opened their borders to people from the Middle East who are commanded not to assimilate into other cultures but to transform those cultures. The Nordic countries, France, and Germany are making concerted efforts to deport the disruptors from the Middle East. These countries realize that the more they can deport, the less chaos, crime, dysfunction, and financial hardship there would be.
When a people have been taught to hate, to rape, to murder, and to bring transformation, encouraging them to immigrate by giving them freebies only aids in the intended destruction.
