ANYBODY, PLEASE HELP ME UNDERSTAND WHY MENENDEZ AND NOT BIDEN

The Department of Justice under Attorney General Garland is saying their investigation into New Jersey Sen. Bob Menendez is continuing as he faces numerous corruption charges, including that he acted as an agent for a foreign government. Menendez, his wife, Nadine Menendez, and three New Jersey businessmen were indicated last fall in an alleged bribery scheme involving payments in gold bars, hundreds of thousands of dollars in cash, a luxury car and passing sensitive information to the Egyptian government. In addition to Egypt, the investigation has also included inquires into dealings with Qatari and Albania.
The Biden Crime Family has been involved with Ukraine, China, Russia or at least the wife of the Mayor of Moscow, and Romania. Bank records show the Biden Crime Family receiving income from these sources but never supplying a product except influence. In addition, copies of checks to the “Big Guy” Joe Biden have been found and released.
Please, anybody, help me understand why Menendez would be investigated and charged, but the Department of Justice would ignore the Biden Crime Family despite hard evidence showing the money flow to the Biden Crime Family including to Joe. Menendez was not registered, but neither was Hunter Biden. Business partners of the Biden Crime Family have made public statements that include Hunter and his dad as being active in the “business.” I do not recall hearing firsthand statements from any Menendez partners.
I am not saying that Menendez should not be investigated. I am saying that there is more reason, more hard evidence against the Biden Crime Family and they should be investigated. Why one and not the other? Anybody.
