WE NOW HAVE AN ARBITRARY LEGAL SYSTEM

Arbitrary law has been defined as that which is not supported by fair, solid, and substantial cause, and without reason given. Rule of law has been defined as treating all persons equally and fairly with the primary purpose to seek fairness and truth. Rule of law is to what our founders aspired as they said rule by law and not by men.
The legal system in the United States is today arbitrary law. The legal system is used not to be fair but to be arbitrary with political goals and not to seek fairness and truth.
We have recently witnessed the legal system find a person guilty of a crime that would have required that person to be present at the scene. The accused has been a target of the deep state, even to the point where false documents have been used to support false accusations in an effort to destroy him. This is documented fact. The accuser has claimed the accused committed an act that would have required the two people to be in close physical contact. The accuser claims the event was very traumatic, yet the accuser cannot state the hour, the day, the week, the month, or the year the event happened. Neither the accuser or the accused were consequently able to prove where they were at the time the event supposedly took place. Nevertheless, a jury said the event did happen. No reasonable jury could have arrived at such a decision. Only a jury who was determined, even obligated to reach a guilty verdict under any circumstances could have concluded guilt.
We have another situation where documented evidence, that is evidence in writing and collaborated with times, dates, amounts, and witnesses, is ignored, and buried. The legal system will not even investigate because it would be politically damaging to the deep state and the transformation movement in the United States. No reasonable person, who has reviewed the evidence, could conclude that the evidence does not warrant an indictment. An investigation, much less an indictment, will not happen today because those in charge of the Department of Justice believe the law must be arbitrary so it can be used as a political weapon to bring about the transformation of the United States.
