The United States was formed to be a republic. In a republic, it is the law that is the supreme ruler. Our founders wrote that law into the Constitution of the United States and demanded that not only the federal government, but each state operate as a republic. The final authority on any matter is the United States Constitution even when it says that the freedom of speech, religion, redress, and arms ownership are absolute.
Why Americans are less free today than they were in 1788, is because we no longer conform to the requirements of a republic but have over time become more and more a nation ruled by regulation and executive order. No where in the Supreme Law of the Land, the United States Constitution, is regulation or executive order specifically stated. Those who support dictatorship by bureaucratic rule would have us believe that regulation and executive order are implied. These people infer that regulation and executive order are constitutional based on what they claim to be implied. As the courts and the American people accept this as so, the less and less free we become. The Constitution above all was adopted and ratified to be a protector of individual rights and minimize governmental power. Regulations and executive orders do the opposite. Therefore, we must not adhere to any regulation or executive order that enhances governmental power and control and takes away individual freedom. Bureaucratic dictatorship is always an issue. The China Virus restrictions of lockdowns, masks, and shots were not only the epitome of bureaucratic dictatorship up to this point, but they also devastated our freedoms, our economy, and the health of those who complied. The desire for power and control is again raising its ugly head as the bureaucratic dictators are again implying these failed polices will again be implemented. If you comply with them in any form you are accepting bureaucratic dictatorship and denouncing the protection of your liberty and freedom granted by the United States Constitution. Those who conform and comply will be enslaved. Committed individualists can remain free if we remain steadfast in our commitment to individual liberty and freedom.
