TWO WORLDS

​In the world of Hong Kong, a world that has been separated from Communist China and grew and flourished under individualism, which is a free economic system and a champion of and promoter of individual freedoms such as speech and thought, is having its existence as an individualist society threatened.  Communist China, which advocates collectivism (Marxism, communism, socialism, progressive, Democrat – all virtually the same) is attempting to exercise a fundamental transformation, the kind promised by Comrade Obama for the United States, of Hong Kong. 
 
The citizens of Hong Kong, having witnessed how collectivism controls the economics and social freedoms of its citizens, are waging a fight for their freedoms and even their lives.  As a major part of their cry for freedom, they are waving American flags, singing the National Anthem of the United States, and calling upon that champion of individualism, President Donald Trump, to aid them in any and every way possible so they can remain free. 
 
This is the world of Hong Kong, a people living in freedom who wish to remain a free people economically and socially.
 
The other world is the world of Portland.  Portland is a city within the United States and is in the State of Oregon.  Being a city within the borders of the United States, the citizens of Portland are granted all the rights and privileges protected by our founding documents; The Declaration of Independence, The Constitution of the United States, and the Bill of Rights.  These are the same rights and privileges for which the people of Hong Kong are willing to sacrifice even their lives.  That sounds like our founding fathers.
 
Yet, in Portland, we see just the opposite.  We see people being attacked for waving the American flag, for singing our National Anthem, for proclaiming the love of freedom shown by President Trump.  We are witnessing a group of thugs championing the very ideology, that of collectivism (Marxism, communism, socialism, progressive, Democrat – all virtually the same) for which those in Hong Kong are willing to sacrifice so much so they do not have to live under the collectivist constraints.
 
Within Portland, it is not just that thugs that are supporting the fundamental transformation to a Marxist tyrannical state called for by Comrade Obama, but it is the Mayor and many of the city officials supporting these thugs.  The fact is, we do not end this call for enslavement in Portland.  This same call to have our government control our economic and social lives, that against which the people of Hong Kong are rallying, is seen throughout cities of the West Coast, the East Coast, and in Chicago, St. Louis, and cities in Texas.   It is this collectivism (Marxism, communism, socialism, progressive, Democrat - all virtually the same) that all the candidates for president of the Marxist/Progressive (Democrat) Party and the vast majority of the party membership, is claiming the United States should adopt.

Idea, lets send those wanting to live under the Marxist tyrannical state advocated for by the Marxist/Progressives to Hong Kong and bring those true lovers of freedom living in Hong Kong to the United States.  That way all would have want they want.  The citizens of Hong Kong would live in an individualist nation with full freedom and the Marxist/Progressives (Democrats) could live in the Marxist tyrannical state with complete government control over their economic and social lives.

 
Two worlds indeed.
