The United States Constitution is the law of the land, or so we say. This would certainly be true in a republic, but not in a democracy. A republic protects the rights and freedom of all people. A democracy only protects the rights and freedom of those the majority of those in power say they will protect. Of course, those who believe in dictatorships or democracy, yes the American Left, do not want the masses to understand the differences.
The differences are self-evident in our environment today. We have thrown aside our republic. If we were a republic we would have to follow the United States Constitution which states: Under the Guarantee Clause of the Constitution, only laws enacted by a state legislature, not gubernatorial commands, have the force of law. Under the separation of powers doctrine in the federal system, only Congress writes laws, not the president. In a Constitutional Republic, the mandates by Fuci, Biden, any governor, or even any court would not be enforceable. They are not law but simply opinions. Yes, these people have a right to voice their opinions, and the people have a right to adhere to the opinion or not, but the opinions are not law. Under a democracy, the majority, which is determined by those who are in power, have the power to say whatever they want to be the law. They also have the power to enforce that law using any means they determine to be necessary. Remember, a democracy is a dictatorship. A dictator, or those in power, can and do declare law in any manner and at any time they so desire. They may or may not try to justify it. If they feel the need to justify, they can use real information or they can create information. Nobody has the right to question their command. The dictator can enforce the mandate by denying privileges to those who do not comply. They would not be denying rights and freedom because the people only have the rights and freedom that the dictator says they have. Dictators do not deny rights and freedoms but grant privileges. Today, in the United States, we have the privilege to say what the dictator declares to be politically correct. If what you say is not approved as being appropriate, a law can be declared to punish you. Ask Lauren Boebert. If you claim your right granted under the 5th amendment, you will be arrested or declared guilty per Bennie Thompson and supported by the Democrat party. If you state the obvious that the Democrats stole an election, you can be placed in solitary confinement indefinitely. Ask those who are currently in that situation. If you, for whatever reason, decline to take a shot that appears to have more dangerous side effects than it has positive attributes, you can be fired and restricted from receiving privileges that have been granted to the conformists by the dictator. Ask those who have and are. If you want to receive a simple and proven cure for the China Virus, you will be denied that privilege because it diminishes the fright necessary for the dictator to impose their controls. If you believe in law and order, if you believe in rule of law, if you believe that justice should be blind, if you believe in the doctrines upon which our nation was founded, you are declared to be a racist, a bigot, and an enemy of the state. Ask those who have been persecuted and harassed by the DOJ, the FBI, and the many District Attorneys who are a part of the dictatorship. The American Left, the United States bureaucracy, many judges, many statewide, countywide, and local officials have declared our republic null and void and have declared that the United States is in fact a democracy and they will operate in the same manner as do all democracies, that is as a dictatorship of the majority of those in power. We Freedom Loving Americans, if we are determined to return to being a republic, determined to protect rights and freedom for all, must begin today to say enough is enough. We must begin today to say NO. Do not adhere to what are illegal mandates and declarations under the Constitution. Simply say NO. This is the time for individual disobedience to the rules and mandates of the dictatorship, this is the time for massive civil disobedience to those illegal rules and mandates. You can be a part of those of us who are saying enough is enough, who are saying NO, or you can take the road of least resistance that is “The Road to Tyranny”.
