THE UNITED STATES JUSTICE SYSTEM IS A MISNOMER

There is no justice system in the United States. What was at one time a justice system has been hijacked by the Left and is now an unchecked political system. What was intended by our Founder’s to be the weakest branch of government, because it was the farthest from the people, has become the strongest branch of government with dictatorial powers. Political hacks now serve as judges and even justices on the Supreme Court and Appellate Courts. Our Department of Justice is no longer seeking justice but is using their power to further the effort to fundamentally transform the United States into a Communist Dictatorship ruled by the bureaucracy, as declared by Comrade Obama and moved forward by Crooked, Corrupt, and Senile Comrade Big Guy Joe Biden. We have been witnessing this injustice since early in Comrade Obama’s regime. It is an everyday occurrence now and not even trying to be hidden by Garland’s DOJ.
Recently, there were two more rulings by Rogue Judges paying no attention to the Constitution, the law, or common sense. In one situation we learn that an 18-year-old man who is suspected of opening fire on a vehicle packed with people in Washington D.C. was released on bond by a District of Columbia Superior Court magistrate judge, citing that he was not a threat to the public. Judge Lloyd U. Nolan, Jr. ordered that 18-year-old Amonte Moody be released from custody before his trial, even though Moody is suspected of firing over 25 rounds from a semiautomatic rifle at a car with four victims in it. This makes no sense.
In another situation, Dexter Taylor, a Brooklyn-based software engineer, has been sentenced to a decade in prison for building firearms in his home using parts purchased legally. He was arrested after a SWAT raid in 2022, and a jury convicted him of 13 counts last month. Now, he is set to spend up to ten years behind bars for what many perceive as an egregious violation of his Second Amendment rights.
The sentence was handed down on Monday by Judge Abena Darkeh, who presided over Taylor’s trial. The judge’s handling of the case has been criticized, especially her decision to prohibit mention of the Second Amendment in the courtroom during the trial. In a previous interview, Vinoo Varghese, Taylor’s lawyer, described how Darkeh approached the Second Amendment issue, “She told us, ‘Do not bring the Second Amendment into this courtroom. It doesn’t exist here. So, you can’t argue Second Amendment. This is New York.’” This violates the Constitution. The Constitution applies to New York the same way it applies to every other state regardless of what some rogue, incompetent, collectivist judge believes.
A free nation must have fair and impartial judges. A communist dictatorship will have judges that will uphold the communist movement and through fairness and impartiality to the wind. This is being done in the United States today.
