SUNSET CLAUSES SHOULD BE A PART OF ALL LAWS

A proper idea would be that all laws should have a Sunset Clause of no more than ten years. This would require Congress to review what was done previously. Without Sunset Clauses emotional and senseless as well as laws that have outlived any practical value would no longer be laws.
We have seen laws that have outlived any usefulness be used even centuries later for totally unrelated issues. This is irresponsible. Sunset laws also would require congress to once again go on the record on issues that have far reaching consequences. It is always positive to require review of issues.
A Sunset clause simply states that the law would end and no longer be considered a law at the end of the time period unless congress votes to reinstate it.
