SCOTUS TERM LIMITS WOULD POLITICIZE INSTITUTION EVEN MORE

A big part of transforming the United States to a communist nation as they have been doing for decades and as was openly declared by Obama, is to politicize the Supreme Court. Term limits for justices was discussed at the Constitutional Convention. After deliberating, the delegates properly chose lifetime appointments.
This decision came because the delegates also rejected democracy and chose a republic. The difference between democracy and republic is the same as the difference between night and day. Democracy is a dictatorship; it is dictatorship by the majority of some group over all others. The rights of the others are determined by that majority. If the majority defines free speech to be only that with which the majority agrees, the right to speech opposing the policies of that majority is denied.
In a republic, the law is the ultimate authority. In our Constitutional Republic we protect the rights of all. Free speech, for instance, means exactly that, free speech for all even those who opposed the policies of those in power.
The delegates to the Constitutional Convention understood that term limits on justices would be a factor in how a justice would rule. The delegates wanted to remove as many factors as they could that would politicize the court.
The Democrats are trying to eliminate the factors that are hindering their demonstrated and sworn effort to transform the United States to a communist nation. Therefore, they want to impose term limits and enable that transformation to be quicker and easier. The Democrats oppose all factors that protect individual liberty and freedom for any who oppose them. The
Democrats demand democracy which is dictatorship of the majority of some body over the people.
The amendments to the Constitution being supported by the Democrats are a blatant attempt to politicize the court; it is as blatant as was their stealing of the 2020 election, that is both are irrefutable.
