ROW VS WADE IS NOT CONSTITUTIONAL LAW

When Judge Kavanaugh is asked if Roe vs Wade is the law of the land, his correct constitutional answer would be that Roe vs Wade is a ruling of the Supreme Court, but it is not law per the United States Constitution.  According to the United States Constitution, a law of the land can only become so if a bill is introduced into a house of congress, passed by both houses, and then signed by the President.  This never has happened with abortion. 
 
The manner in which Roe vs Wade has been proclaimed to be law by most in the United States is the way the Marxist/Progressives (Democrats) would desire all law be made in the United States; that is that we bypass the elected representatives of the people and place all law establishment and enforcement in the hands of the courts.  Remember, the courts are comprised of non-elected and in many cases non-responsive individuals to the American people.  We have learned that many judges have no respect for the United Constitution and in many cases, we are learning that many judges have never read the United States Constitution much less studied its formation and basis.
 
What has transpired over the history of our nation has been a concerted effort by the Collectivists within the United States to follow the direction of Karl Marx and eliminate long standing principles of a nation.  That would mean that Marx said the principles of the Declaration of Independence, United States Constitution, and the Bill of Rights.  What the Collectivists have done has declared that these documents are living documents.  That means that the Collectivists are declaring that these documents can mean anything regardless of what the words say.  This is a sure way to obliterate these principle as called for by Marx. 
 
It was the intent of the founders that we have three federal branches of government who were independent but not equal.  The legislative branch was always to be the most powerful branch of government because it was the closest to the people, and the judicial branch was to be the weakest of the branches because it was the most removed from the people.  Just the opposite has happened with the judicial branch becoming the most powerful.  This has happened because the legislative branch has abdicated its position and responsibility while the judicial branch has usurped the Constitutional role of the legislative branch as exemplified in Roe vs Wade. 
 
Our founders understood why the divestiture of power was so critical to a free and independent people.  The founders understood that as power is consolidated, as has happened within the judicial branch, a nation becomes closer and closer to succumbing to tyranny.  This is happening.  Our founders told us that our government might last a long time so long as the separation of power was maintained between the branches of government. 
 
This is the predominant reason the Marxist/Progressives (Democrats) have embraced having the Constitution become a living document enabling the branch of government which is most removed from the people to become the most powerful.  The critical result of the United States being fundamentally transformed is that the Untied States become a Marxist tyrannical state.
 
The opposition to Judge Kavanaugh by the Marxist/Progressives (Democrats) is their open opposition to the principles of the Constitution of the United States.  Judge Kavanaugh believes the United States Constitution was not intended to be a living document.    The founders incorporated a method to change the Constitution.  It is called the amendment process.  It is not a judicial branch of government deciding it can pass law such as it did with Roe vs Wade.
