REPUBLICAN DOES NOT MEAN CONSERVATIVE

Because somebody calls themselves a Conservative it does not mean they are.  Two perfect examples of this would be John McCain and Mitt Romney.  They both called themselves Conservative when they were the Republican nominees for president.  Neither of them has any idea of what it means to be conservative.  This is a common thread in the Republican party exhibited by the recent speakers and majority leaders of the house; Boehner, Ryan, and McCarthy.
 
In “Conscience of a Conservative,” Barry Goldwater stated, “Throughout history, government has proved to be the chief instrument for thwarting man’s liberty.  Government represents power in the hands of some men to control and regulate the lives of other men.  And power, as Lord Acton said, corrupts men. ‘Absolute power corrupts absolutely’ he said.”
 
Obamacare is comparable to the power grabs of the FDR and LBJ regimes.  Not only did these regimes grab power but they proved that absolute power corrupts absolutely.  Obama continued the power grab and continued the take over of the medical industry, an industry that the collectivists have told us in mandatory to bring about their Marxist totalitarian state, a state where the government directs and controls every facet of the lives of the individual. 
 
The Trump DOJ, under the new leadership of Attorney General Barr stated they will not defend Obamacare in the latest ruling that would finally outlaw Obamacare, a promise made by Ryan and his other RINO’s but again not kept because they are not conservatives.  We now find Senator Collins, who also is not conservative, wrote to Barr saying, "Rather than seeking to have the courts invalidate the ACA, the proper route for the administration to pursue would be to propose changes to the ACA or to once again seek its repeal. The administration should not attempt to use the courts to bypass Congress.”
 
Remember, when the final vote came in the Senate to repeal Obamacare? It was turncoat and chief RHINO, John McCain who rose from his deathbed to cast the vote to kill the action.  Collins knows she has enough RHINO support to continue the massive healthcare takeover that Obamacare represents and ease the way for full government-controlled healthcare as demanded by the Marxist/Progressives (Democrats) in their quest for “absolute power.”
 
Freedom Loving Americans must insist on limited government, as designed by our founders, and as required for liberty, which means limited control of the lives of men by government.
