POLICE MUST PERFORM THEIR CONSTITUTIONAL DUTIES

Does the excuse, “I was just following orders” relieve officers from their moral and constitutional duties to the people they serve, or does the officer have a moral, ethical, and professional responsibility to respectfully refuse orders to enforce unconstitutional laws.
Lt. Frank Borelli wrote, “We, as police officers, cannot legally, morally or ethically arrest someone in an effort to enforce an unconstitutional law. We have a moral, ethical and professional responsibility to respectfully refuse to obey orders to enforce unconstitutional laws”
When the police forces around the nation, and the world will adhere to their duties as stated above, the China virus fiasco will be over. If the police refused to arrest kids, or anybody, for not wearing a useless mask, for not getting an unhealthy and damaging jab, for visiting others, for carrying out constitutional, moral, and ethical protests, the will of the people would prevail, and this nonsense would be done.
If police in the United States refused to participate in preventing parents from speaking at school board meetings, from not wearing masks in meetings, and on and on, these unconstitutional orders by tyrannical narcissist would end immediately.
If the police in Canada refused to carry out tyrannical orders to arrest peaceful and lawful protestors, the government would be forced to rescind their tyrannical orders.
If the officers in New Zealand refused to follow the tyrannical orders of the government, the New Zealand government would be forced to rescind their tyrannical orders.
Police, you have a choice. You can cooperate with despots and bring tyranny to the different countries, or you can act morally and ethically and refuse to support tyranny. What history has shown, is when the police join the forces of the people, the tyrant has lost their means of enforcement.
