OUR REPUBLIC IS BEING THREATENED BY DEBT AND A RUNAWAY JUDICIARY – NOT THE INTELLECTUAL INSUFFICIENCY OF JAMES AND WATERS

Our republic is under threat from run away debt, both federal and state debt, and a runaway judiciary, primarily in the district courts where political hacks, because they were given the title judge, have the right to usurp the power of the legislative branch to make rulings that ignore the United States Constitution and promote their political agenda.  It is the government debt and a runaway judiciary that pose a threat to ending the republic, and yet these two grave dangers are ignored in news stories.
 
Instead, our headlines are dominated by irrelevant and meaningless stories about irrelevant and meaningless people.  We are reading, as major news, what sports stars, people who call themselves comedians, celebrities, Hollywood personalities, and musicians have to say about world events.  I am not denying these people the right to their opinions and the right to speak out on any issue, but I am condemning all news outlets and the American public for placing any import on these comments, placing them as worthwhile news stories and ignoring happenings that are undermining our basic freedoms.
 
I would also call on President Trump, who has fueled much of this foolishness, by his attacking tweets that do nothing more than give credence to and enhances the chances of these foolish items dominating the headlines.  That LeBron James is not intelligent is not now and never has been a secret to anybody who has ever listened to him trying to construct a rational sentence that portrays a logical thought, much less a paragraph, is immediately aware that he suffers from intellectual sufficiency.  The same is true of Maxine Waters.  Age and alcohol have added to Waters dilemma.  These are facts.  However, for Trump to continue to point to these facts opens himself to ridicule and helps detract from real issues.
 
That Jim Acosta is a rude and shallow person is shown by his behavior.  That CNN and Jim Acosta report as news and facts what is their opinion, and then they try to legitimize by claiming it originated from some important source who wishes to remain anonymous is well known to the American public.   Trump should not mention the news outlets such as ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, and MSNBC by name ever again.  The name Jim Acosta should never by mentioned by Trump nor should Sara Sanders ever call on Acosta again at any news conference.  The quicker these names are no longer a part of White House statements, the quicker they will start to be left out of news headlines.
 
The sooner the Trump White House starts to concentrate on issues like our debt and political hacks who have the title judge preceding their names, the sooner these stories will dominate the headlines.  At the end of FY 2018 the gross US federal government debt is estimated to be $21.48 trillion, according to the FY19 Federal Budget.
 
A D.C.-based federal judge recently ordered the Trump administration to restart in full the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program.  “The court has already once given DHS the opportunity to remedy these deficiencies — either by providing a coherent explanation of its legal opinion or by reissuing its decision for bona fide policy reasons that would preclude judicial review,” the judge said, “So it will not do so again.”
 
Here is the problem; DACA is an illegal Executive Order and not a law duly passed by congress and signed by the Executive.  When Obama signed his DACA order he had already stated that he as the Executive did not have that constitutional authority.  The United States Constitution specifically gives only the legislative branch authority over naturalization and immigration.  Obama was correct in his initial assessment.  And yet, a federal judge has ruled that an unconstitutional executive order must be reinstated, even though it is legal for one executive to order the end to an order by a previous executive, especially when that order by the previous executive violated the constitution.
 
Our debt and our runaway judiciary are threats to our republic and thus to our freedom and independence.  Until these are our headlines, and not the intellect or lack thereof of James and Waters, our nation will continue down “The Road To Tyranny.”
