The baby is alive, but like all babies, this baby needs others for nourishment, for warmth, and for basic care. If that is not given, the baby will die. In all situations medical personnel and others would be held responsible for the death of the baby if they refused to provide the necessary needs for the baby, except in one situation. That situation would be if the baby survived the attempt to murder it before it left the mother’s womb, or what is euphemistically called abortion or choice. Murder by neglect is deemed to be legal by the members of the Marxist/Progressive (Democrat) party.
West Virginia has said that murder is murder is murder. The Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which penalizes physicians who don't provide the newborn baby medical care, moved through the state's House and Senate with near unanimous support before reaching the governor's desk. "This is an absolute no-brainer as far as I'm concerned," Gov. Justice said. "I've said for a long time, even back before I took office as governor, that I would support measures like this because every human life — born or unborn — is precious and truly a gift from God." How could any person not support this no-brainer? The answer seems to be those who support the murder of babies prior to the child leaving the mother’s womb. Their theory seems to be that if we botched the murder while attempting an abortion, no problem, just complete it while the baby is kicking and crying. This same bill was defeated by the Marxist/Progressives (Democrats) in the United States Congress. Would somebody please explain to me how this is not murder? Would somebody please explain to me how this is not a no-brainer? Would somebody please explain to me how anybody who states they care about any human, baby, child, or adult, could not support a bill like this? Most importantly, could anybody please explain to me why this is even an issue in a nation that claims to be a compassionate nation that values life?
