Several things have become clear recently about the DOJ and the FBI. What is obvious is that the DOJ and FBI have become political agencies and not defenders of justice for the American people. As opposed to defending the Constitution and our freedoms, the DOJ and FBI became political instruments to promote the Marxist agenda of the Democrat party and sabotage any movement that advocates for the principles of liberty and freedom.
What has also become clear is that President Trump made a huge mistake when he appointed Jeff Sessions to be the Attorney General. It also appears that nothing would be any different if Jeff Sessions had not recused himself from the so called “Russian Probe.” In all likely hood Mueller would have been appointed as a Special Council and the witch hunt would have progressed just like it has. Sessions has come out and defended Assistant Attorney General Rosenstein when collaborated reports show that Rosenstein threatened individuals that are performing their jobs of oversight. Rosenstein said that if these individuals continued in their pursuit of information in the DOJ and FBI handling of the Clinton investigation and Russian investigation that he would vigorously investigate them and their families. We know that Rosenstein was a part of the Mueller, Comey, and McCabe ring that seems to be at the center of all the illegal activities and undermining of the Constitution that was a part of the Obama DOJ. We also know that only a few in congress seem to be really interested in learning what really happened. The members of the Marxist/Progressive (Democrat) Party are as intent on covering up this fiasco as they were in covering up the Benghazi fiasco. These Marxist proponents like Schiff and Pelosi will do everything in their power to keep the American people from learning the truth. Republican establishment members, for some reason, do not seem very interested in learning the facts either and that includes Jeff Sessions. The DOJ and FBI were never intended to be an arm of any political party. In a free society, those protecting the people must be free and independent of political persuasion. If they are not, the result is a police state with the justice department prosecuting people for political activities and not for criminal activity. This is a real threat the people of the United States are facing today. This is the reason it is so critical that no stone be left on turned and all activities are exposed with those responsible being held accountable for their undermining of a key concept to freedom, “rule of law”. No congressional committee can be trusted to investigate this threat thoroughly. No Special Prosecutor can be trusted to investigate this threat thoroughly. To maintain freedom and liberty is in the best interest of the American people. To maintain freedom and liberty is ultimately the responsibility of the American people. Let those who have the most to gain and the most to lose investigate this real and serious threat. Because of what can now be viewed as a crisis and a very serious threat to our freedom and liberty, I wrote a letter to President Trump several weeks ago advocating for a special committee of American citizens to investigate the corruption within the DOJ and the FBI. It would then be in the best interest of freedom and liberty that all of Washington be investigated by this or other American citizen committees. Here is a copy of the letter sent to President Trump. If this type of investigation is to happen, it will only happen because of a volcanic like eruption by the American people demanding a truly open and transparent government. Never forget, freedom can only be maintained if we the people exercise our rightful place as sovereign and those in government once again become servants to us. Please respond if you agree and will support. Don Jans, Freedom Loving and concerned American Citizen [email protected] 310-902-3765 March 5, 2018 President Donald Trump The White House 1600 Pennsylvania Ave Washington, DC 20500 Dear President Trump, During your campaign to become President of The United States, you promised the American people you would “drain the swamp” that is Washington DC. You have proven this was not some idle campaign promise, but that you meant what you said and said what you meant. Over the last several months we have come to learn just how deep and wide the swamp really is. We have learned it permeates every facet of our government, even to the point that the swamp has thwarted the efforts of the people’s representatives in congress. We also have strong reason to believe that the swamp transcends political parties. Very importantly, we now realize had you not become President, “drain the swamp” would have remained a rally cry for what the swamp refers to as the “far right-wing extreme radicals.” As you know, our nation was founded on the radical premise that the “people would be sovereign” and the government would be the servant. President Lincoln declared that our nation is a nation “of the people, by the people, and for the people.” With this in mind, if WE THE PEOPLE are to ever regain our rightful place as sovereign, then WE THE PEOPLE must do the necessary and hard work to accomplish that end. I would strongly urge you to take the lead in this endeavor. My proposal is that you appoint a special commission of representatives from WE THE PEOPLE. The commission would be comprised of ordinary but concerned citizens like myself. Yes, I would propose that I would be a member of this commission comprised of no more than perhaps 39 concerned citizens. No member of the commission could now or nor ever have held an elected or appointed government position. No member of the commission could have held a rank of Lieutenant or above in the military. No member of the commission could be an attorney or a school teacher or a college professor. No member of the commission could hold a management position including serving as a board member on any of the top 1000 companies in the United States. All commission members would have to be a certifiable citizen of the United States. All commission members would have to show a consistent record of voting in statewide and national elections. All members of the commission would have to be able to receive the same security clearance any member of the White House Staff would have. Every member of the commission would have to sign a pledge that they would not seek an elective office nor accept an appointed position in the federal government for no less than 10 years. The purpose of the commission would be only fact finding. The commission would have no prosecutorial power and would not make any prosecutorial recommendations. The commission would have subpoena powers but more importantly would have open access to all aspects of federal records of every department with the only exception being any information that would endanger the Untied States from a foreign power or endanger the life of any individual preforming security related functions for the United States. The commission would be charged with the duty of investigating the activities related to any and all organizations and individuals involved with all federally related elections beginning in 2008. The commission would be charged with the duty of investigating the activities related to any and all departments and agencies of the United States government since 2008 to determine if the role of servanthood was maintained; that no individual or agency promoted or tried to promote any outside political activity, that no individual or agency attempted to subvert any lawful actions with which they or others were charged to perform as a part of their duties in the role of servant to the people, and that no agency or individual enabled a foreign power to gain an advantage to the detriment of the United States. Commission members would report to a designated congressional committee of no more than 9 members and to an individual or committee of the executive branch as designated by the President. Any commission member or designated committee member that was found to leak sensitive information to the press would be subject to a prison term of no less than 10 years. Every commission member would agree that they would in no way use the information they gained for personal gain of any kind. They could, however, carry on their normal activities of writing and or discussing any topics with the exception of unique information and knowledge they would have gained from being a member of the commission. It would be expected that the legislative branch of government and the executive branch of government would use this information to truly “drain the swamp” that has become Washington DC with no exceptions or restrictions based on political affiliation, race, sex, creed, or citizenship. Prosecutions, dismissals, or any other form of corrective measures imposed would be initiated as designated by the United States Constitution and the laws of the United States. Thank you for your indulgence Mr. President. WE THE PEOPLE wish to drain the swamp so future generation of Americans can live in the freedom and independence that is America. Respectfully, Don Jans
