IS THE UNITED STATES ALREADY A COMMUNIST STATE

Before I answer this question, I think it is necessary to define Communism. Because Karl Marx is widely considered the father of Communism, he and Engels wrote “The Communist Manifesto”, I will apply his thoughts for my definition, even though we all understand communism as such has existed for centuries. Marx said that we must be a “classless” society. He let us know that what he meant by classless was that all people would think the same and all would be equal financially and socially. Marx said when we were all the same there would only be one class and one class would make us a “classless” society.
Marx went to explain at the time society had arrived where all were the same, we would have reached that often-discussed achievement by so many philosophers where people had reached the elusive highest state and society would operate in total harmony. There would be no need for government because people, I guess, would be angels. Remember James Madison told us, “If men were angels, there would be no need for government”.
Here is the, but there is always a “but”.  In this case, Marx reminded us that to achieve this state of communism, or utopia, there would be a transformation period where the “Dictatorship of the Proletariat” would prevail. It would be government, under the total control of the “Dictatorship of the Proletariat” that would implement this “classless” society. Marx bluntly told us that during this period it would be necessary to use despotic means to bring about the utopia of communism.
It is now understood that communists live by the axiom; “The ends justify the means”, or more commonly stated, “whatever it takes”.
Saul Alinsky told us the eight steps that were necessary to transform the United States from a Constitutional Republic where it is recognized and accepted that rights and liberties come from God and not from government to a Marxist totalitarian state, where it is demanded that all recognize and agree that all rights and liberties are extended to the deserving through and because of the goodness of government.
Alinsky’s Eight Steps:
1.  Healthcare: “Control Healthcare and you control the People”.           
2.  Poverty:  Increase the Poverty level as high as possible.”  Poor People are easier to control and will not fight back if the government is providing everything for them to live.                           
3.  Debt: Increase the National Debt to an unsustainable level.”  That way you are able to increase Taxes, and this will produce more Poverty.                                                                                        
4.  Gun Control:  Remove the ability to defend themselves from the Government.  That way you are able to create a Police State – total local control.                                                                   
5.  Welfare:  Take control of every aspect of their lives (Food, Livestock, Housing, and Income).         
6.  Education:  Take control of what People read & listen to; take control of what Children learn in School.
7.  Religion: Remove faith in God from the Government and Schools.
8.  Class Warfare:  Divide the People into the Wealthy against the Poor.  Racially divide. This will cause more discontent and it will be easier to Tax the Wealthy with full support of the voting Poor.
(A side note, Obama was a prized student of the Alinsky School for Community Organizers and quotes Alinsky often in his books and conversations. Hillary Clinton did her college thesis on Alinsky and knew him.)
Vladimir Lenin understood that to transform the United States it would be necessary for communists to control at least one major political party.  He made this a primary goal of the Communist International. This is also a stated goal in the document, “Communists Goals for Taking Over America” that was entered into the United States Congressional record on January 10, 1963.
I entitled this article, “Is the United States Already a Communist State”. Certainly, one of the major American political parties is under the control of the communists. Massive inroads have been made on the eight steps set forth by Alinsky. A sound argument could be made that many of these steps have already been achieved. The others are close to total achievement.
Despite these facts, I would argue that NO, the United States is not yet a “communist” state. Oh yes, the “Dictatorship of the Proletariat” is in place. It is in place with the communists controlling the Democrat party and also having control of the “deep state”. And yes, despotic means are being used by these enforcers and more despotism is coming.
However, the criteria of a classless society as set forth by Marx, where all conform to one ideology and all are equal as defined by the collective (Marxist, communist, socialist, progressive, Democrat, - all virtually the same) has not been achieved. We who do not conform to the demanded ideology of the left are defined as extremists and the Number One threat to national security, but we still resist. Our resistance movement remains strong and there is strong evidence that it is growing.
If you concur with the resistance, you must ask yourself how you can become a positive contributing factor to the resistance of the demands made by “The Dictatorship of the Proletariat” and the eventual “communist state”. There are many things we all can do. We can become active in things such as recalling leftist county supervisors, taking control of school boards, have indoctrinating instructors removed from our schools., supporting Freedom Loving Americans for all offices, and other forms of activism.
The most important thing we can and must do is perhaps the most difficult to do. That is to be about “Setting Brushfires of Freedom”. This is how Samuel Adams kept the flames of revolution burning. This is how we will regain our Constitutional Republic. What it means to be about “Setting Brushfires of Freedom” is to do plant seeds of liberty and freedom in the minds of our family, friends, acquaintances, and all others. We do this not by arguing or debating, not by “telling that commie a thing or two”, but by simply conversing. In the course of our conversations, we ask questions. The question is not necessarily to draw an immediate response, but instead it is intended to cause that question to linger in the mind of the other, something they will ponder and research and eventually lead them to see the error of their way. This is the art of “Setting Brushfires of Freedom”.
