DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION (DEI) A PROVEN FAILURE

The Biden regime has proven that DEI does not work. It was because of DEI that Kamala Harris was chosen as Vice President. She has proven to be a total failure. Other examples are members of the cabinet, heads of agencies, the head of Secret Service, and more. All have proven to be failures.
DEI has also been proven to be a failure in private hiring, college admissions, and promotions. DEI is a means of promoting failure. DEI opposes merit, hard work, and achievement. Great nations are built and survive when merit, hard work, and achievement are the measurement for advancement.
It is DEI that has caused much of the failed policies of the Biden regime. It is DEI that has brought about and built the deep state. It is DEI that has brought about the drastic downward trump in the education results of our nation. It is DEI that is a major factor for the rapid decline of our nation.
To restore our nation, we must abandon DEI and again promote based on merit. We must end the woke policies of the left. We must always look at the individual and not groups of people based on things like race, color, or sexual orientation. Great nations are built on and maintained based on individuals dedicated to hard work and achievement.
