DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE KNOWS ONLY ARBITRARY LAW

Arbitrary law is when the law is applied in an arbitrary manner mostly to bring about an outcome desired by those in power and not an outcome based on facts. The rule of law is when the law is applied equally and fairly. Lady Justice must be blindfolded. The outcome of a case must be based on the facts of the case while ignoring any factors such as social position, economic position, gender, race, or political affiliation of any of the parties involved. A free society can only exist when the rule of law is applied while a dictatorial society or a society where those in power are aspiring dictators, will employ arbitrary law.
Federal prosecutors accused Sen. Bob Menendez of secretly acting as an agent of the government of Egypt while serving as the chair of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. Prosecutors in the Manhattan U.S. attorney’s office unveiled an updated indictment adding the charge of conspiracy for a public official to act as a foreign agent, alleging that Menendez; his wife, Nadine Menendez; and a New Jersey businessman, Wael Hana, used his Senate position to benefit the government of Egypt without registering as foreign agents.
If the facts prove that in fact Menendez did commit this action, which is against the law, he should face the consequences. What Menendez is accused of doing has been in the news for a long time. Why was the indictment not brought then? Does the prosecutor have more facts now? Unlikely, but more and more we are learning that Big Guy Joe Biden and his notorious crime family have acted as a foreign agent for many countries including China and Ukraine while Big Guy Joe Biden has held public office including senator and vice president, perhaps even president.
The Department of Justice has arbitrarily chosen not to enforce the law against the Biden Crime Family and the Big Guy, despite countless emails and bank records that show the receipt and distribution of funds received from foreign nations. The corrupt Department of Justice is doing what the agents for any tyrant would do and that is ignore the rule of law and apply the law in an arbitrary manner to protect the tyrant and assist the tyrant in their criminal endeavors. Menendez is being indicted at this time in an attempt to cover-up the refusal to bring charges against Big Guy Joe and the Biden Crime family for political reasons despite the overwhelming evidence.
