BILL OF RIGHTS BEING VOIDED ONE BY ONE

One by one the Bill of Rights is being voided. Remember, the Constitution would not have been ratified without a promise to pass the Bill of Rights. The people of the United States said they had to be assured that specific rights were given protection. The people of the United States at that time understood that those who favored big government understood that big government controlled the people, as opposed to the people controlling the government.
The American left also understands that big government controls the people as opposed to the people controlling the government. Democrats and RINOS believe that they must control the lives of all people. This is collectivism and the Democrats and RINOS are collectivists. This is communism and the Democrats and RINOS are communists. This is anti-America, and the Democrats and RINOS are anti-America.
First Amendment
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
Every aspect of this amendment has been taken from the American people. The government dictates when and where we can pray or read the Bible. The government censors all aspects of speech. The government controls the press. People are in prison today because they assembled on January 6th for the purpose of redressing the government.
Second Amendment
A well-regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.
The people’s rights to keep and bear arms has been infringed time and time again.
Fourth Amendment
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
The RINO controlled House of Representatives just passed a law to continue under FISA, the government to search the communication of people without a warrant. The government can search anyplace without stating for what they are searching.
Sixth Amendment
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.
There are political prisoners sitting in Gulag like conditions for years now without being charged with a crime. These people have been called insurrectionists and terrorists, but no such charges have been made.
We are no longer a nation where the rights of the people are protected. We are no longer a nation under “rule of law.” We are no longer a nation where the burden of proof lies with the prosecutor but now lies with the defender. We are now, as Obama promised, been transformed into a communist nation under the rule of the Dictatorship of the Proletariat, who, Marx told us, must use despotic means. They are.
